This is not the sellers issue
2.5 mm is very small, if you would of bought 11 mm or 10 mm you would of been more then happy.s$500 is the correct pice for that size.I paid almost 3K for 11 MM and all i get is compliments..Always look at the MM "Thickness" pictures always look good when you can zoom it in..Return it and get a bigger size..9.0 and above is what your looking for..This is 9.5 MM..I had the same issue until i learned about the MM=-ThicknessHope this help
