There are various options with different strength levels, such as 200mg or 400mg, in example. I learned from my Doctor that this supplement is excellent for health improvement, all the while, they are easy to consume. These is plenty of reassurance regarding the ingredients and the health benefits can be had at a relatively low price, making them easy to recommend.

As is usually the case, it's tough to really say how effective these are. But at least so far, I've had no Ill effects taking them. The price per bottle is pretty good vs the competition and the pills themselves are easy to swallow. This was the first I've heard of this brand so I did some research and it seems they are the same company as Nature's Truth vitamins, which brings a bit more confidence to these. Overall, as with most supplements, your mileage may vary but these are at least seem reliable.

One other thing I appreciate that may seem trivial to some is the easy-open pop-up lid. I take bunch of vitamins and supplements so one less to top unscrew is apprediated. I have found it stated online that Black Pepper Extract can promote CoQ10 absorption value, but I have no actual proof of that. I leave it to you to do your own research and reach a decision. One major drawback to these Softgels is the size., but that is probably true of most Softgels of that 400mg. But I am having a hard time swallowing them, and for that reason, I think it would be advantageous for me to perhaps use smaller 2 X 200mg instead of the large 1 X 400mg. Sundance Vitamins LLC has headquarters in New York state, but I could not pinpoint where there products are manufactured. These pills have an expiration date of Jan 2027, and are stated to be non-GMO, Gluten free, and do not contain : wheat, yeast, milk, lactose, soy, or artificial flavor, sweetener & preservatives. I don't judge the cost of an item when writing a review, so that will also be up to you to determine cost effectiveness. My conclusion is that this product meets normal expectations.

The “Sundance CoQ10 Softgels with Black Pepper” are a quality product at a great price! Softgels capsules are large – you’ll need to drink a lot of water, to get it down! If swallowing large capsules is a problem for you, I found that opening the capsule, and mixing the contents with a hot beverage (coffee or tea), or mixed with food helps get it down. Just ensure you take the Caplets with a meal, as recommended, or you may experience stomach discomfort, if taken on an empty stomach. Store product in a cool, dry place. Recommended!

I've been taking 200mg per day of CoQ10 for years at the suggestion of my doctor. This is 400mg but my doctor said it won't hurt me. Sundance CoQ10 is a quality supplement. It's easy to swallow for me but they're obviously bigger than the 200mg pills. I'm not sure why the black pepper is added. Overall, I'm happy with it.
