Easy installation and work well
I use these on all my kid’s BMX racing shoes. They prefer vans because of the softer sole but can’t have laces dangling.

Fat boy approved.
Have bought multiple pair. Stay laced and work easily. Custom fit makes them perfect for sneakers or work boots. They look great!

Boooo
Bought for my own cloud boots that I wear on the fire department when I’m on shift. Very poor quality the sticky to stick it to the tongue of the boots did not last long and no, I had not got it wet. I wore one maybe two full shifts, and it started to unstick very easily.

Get it
This device is a fantastic alternative to traditional shoelaces. The setup takes a bit of effort, but the instructions make it straightforward. You start by removing your old laces, then weaving the included cord in a specific pattern to mount the device at the top of your shoe using a 3M adhesive strip. Trimming the cord to size was easy, and they give you extra length in case you want to switch shoes or make future adjustments. Once you’ve got the cord in place, you attach the ends into the metal barrels, burn the tips to keep them from fraying, and screw the barrels together. The tightening process is really simple—just push down the round knob and screw it clockwise while your foot is in the shoe. It lets you get a precise fit, and the cord doesn’t stretch, so it stays secure over time. When you’re ready to take your shoes off or make adjustments, you just lift the knob to release the tension. It’s quick, easy, and works perfectly. This system is super reliable, and it’s great to not have to worry about your laces coming loose. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for a better way to lace up your shoes!

Ok - not easy to use
I bought these elastic no-tie laces with the metal rotating buckle because I was tired of regular laces. They work, but they’re honestly more hassle than I expected. The idea is good and they looked nice at first, but using them every day isn’t as simple as the ads make it seem. They are hard to manipulate because they sit too far back into the laces.

Easy to install with very clear instructions in English
I had a pair of shoes year ago that came with this lacing system. I thought it was silly at first, but then I realized a couple weeks later that they were the ONLY pair of shoes I put on each morning. I can't find the type of shoes I like with this type of laces, so I got a new pair of my favorite shoes and gave this product a try. They work perfectly and were easy to put on/install. I don't know what the other reviews mean about having instructions only in Chinese. There was an excellent set of instructions in English that guided me every step of the way. These were a great deal and they work much better than the elastic laces or the pull through clamping type that leave that long extra lace hanging on the front of your shoe. If you give these a try, you'll love 'em!

I would pass, unless light use.
First pack I received was open a mess and missing pieces. The second set came in a nice box taped shut. The laces can be trimmed and shortened. They are easy to put together and work nice product. However one lace broke a week or two into using them. The other laces is still working fine, but doesn’t leave me wondering the longevity of them. For the price not a bad thing to try. I wore them with work boots, so maybe a simple walking shoe would be fine. Overall they are ok, but wouldn’t recommend as a buy.

Easy way to avoid the lances
Took me like 15 minutes per shoe to get finished. Additionally I sew up to the shop. Woks great, I have to test in a long term of using riding my bike. I'll purchase more for my others shoes

Cheap, flimsy. Adhesive on the back was rubbish so as soon as I moved my foot the connector would fall off. Definitely not worth the price paid.

Bought this without knowing if it would work or not but I'm impressed. I've installed them on my steel toe boots and it's been working really well. Received the box with Asian characters on it, wasn't sure how the installation would go but to my surprise the instructions were also in english with pictures. I followed the instructions on the first boot and it went really well. Tried to use the sticky pad to keep the knob attached. I'm not even sure if it stays on or not but it never really bothered me so whatever. I wasn't sure if I had enough cables to tie them on work boots but I had more then enough. Wasn't sure how tough they would be either but they held strong for now. If I had to do it all over again I would probably skip rows on my boots to make them easier and quicker to tighten. I have a pair factory made with a similar device and they don't have as many rows. I also made the second boot without the instructions because I wanted to invert the pattern and accidentally skipped the step that asks to put the cables back into the loops on the knob. Because of this that boot is harder to open because of more friction. I will probably buy them again for my next pair. Edit: The wire broke after 6 months but it was on the boot that was installed without following instructions. The other one was still going strong. I bought a new pair to replace them. The sticky pad was still sticky but it was on leather which is flat. Other people might have trouble on fabric which is much more porous. I just bought a new pair of boots and I'm buying another pair of these.
