This FTO – Field Training Officer Bar is extremely durable and meant to stand up to the rigors of public safety work and inclement weather conditions. The citation bar is 1-3/4 inch long x 5/16 inches high, with double, extra-long, lapel pin posts. Each post is extended in length in order to ensure that the posts can be secured properly on a leather citation bar badge holder. The posts are long enough to clear the width of the leather and then have enough length for a lapel pin back to grasp the post.
