Very convenient great flavor and just the right amount. No chopping required. Saves time, even my adult daughter likes it and she’s picky. She said she will probably never roast her own peppers again.

A nice sized can to add diced chilies to your recipe. These can be added to many dishes, and enhance the flavor without overpowering the dish. These can be added to a variety of dishes, such as southwestern, Asian, Mediterranean, or others. While pop top lids would be an extra bonus, the cans open easily with a standard can opener. Good quality, with no tin can taste.

Since it went into chili, it's hard to say, but the peppers seems bright and potent.

I have no problem with these. Convenience in a can. They are well priced and are useful in those recipes that call for, or benefit from, the addition of green chilis. They are not spicy. Good in chilis, nachos, soups, rice dishes, etc.

I’ve tried both the mild and the hot, and they’re both delicious. Clean, fresh flavor with none of that “canned” taste you sometimes get. Definitely worth a try — they’ll take any meal up a notch.
