Took me ages to decide which grips to buy and these came highly recommended. I suggest getting the larger size even for women. My hands have not ripped since I started using them.

Good grip, unfortunatly i got stuck with them and allmost ripped my hand off on letting go after many swings (toes to bar). Luckily the grip tore in half... I am going back to grips with fingerholes
