I have now installed four of these springs, two man-gates, one double gate and now this shower door. This is easily the smallest and lightest door, which makes the spring work great with little tension. Four screws, simple install. the spring just has to be oriented like the photo, unless you want your door to spring open!

This spring is exactly what I needed to keep my gate closed. I had some serious scares where my dog escaped my front yard because my gate was left open by delivery people. This spring was easily attached to my iron gate, and the package contained all the screws. Now my gate closes perfectly and latches every time. Now I have the peace of mind to let my dog in the yard unattended. I know my gate will stay closed even if someone doesn't check that it closes. It looks very nice on my gate.

I am not a handyman and I was able to put this spring onto my gate with ease. It can close my gate automatically. Sometimes my gardener left my gate opened and this is a useful product to have my gate closed automatically in this situation.
