I don’t know what was used as an adhesive on these mouth tapes but they ruined my lips and left me in so much pain. I’ve used other brands before and had no problems. After using this brand, I ended up having an adverse reaction to the tapes leaving my mouth and the area around my mouth, sore, itchy and inflamed. My mouth is still recovering. I really recommend you go for a trusted brand instead.

Far too sticky, not good if you have any facial hair

These tape strips definitely keep my lips closed during the night, and that prevents me from mouth breathing - the thing that leads to me snoring. And snoring wakes me up, plus anyone else in the bed, too. So for me, this product works, and it works well. It's a little expensive compared to a roll of micropore tape (which does the same job but needs cutting) so I'll award four stars rather than the full five. I'd also have preferred a skin tone colour instead of the rather severe black. It looks slightly comical, and almost like a black moustache, which is.... unfortunate.Not everyone will be prevented from snoring by using this product, and it depends on the cause of your snoring. If you're able to snore with your mouth shut it's not the fault of this product, it's just a consequence of your particular anatomy. However, if you only snore when open-mouthed, (like me) these adhesive strips will be a real blessing, and give you a much deeper and undisturbed sleep.TIPSMouth taping takes a few nights to get used to, so bear with it. For good adhesion it helps if you're clean shaven, with clean, dry skin that's free of cosmetic products and creams. Constant nose breathing keeps your nose clear, so don't worry about lack of oxygen during the night - if your nose were to get blocked you'd wake up naturally. If you find these hurt your lips in the morning when you pull them off, apply some balm to just your lips before attaching the tape to your skin.

Rubbish! They don't stick to your mouth. Keep waking up with it hanging off my face. Give me my money back!

I’ve used other brands before but they were out of stock on this occasion so I took a punt on these. After 3 nights I had to stop wearing them as my lips were so sore. After a 5 day break they are still not right. They are SO sticky and feel like they literally pull your skin off when removing them. It could also be a reaction I had to the glue? Either way, I won’t be buying again I’m afraid
