GOTHAM STEEL 5.5 Qt Saute Pan with Lid - Nonstick Deep Frying Pan, 100% PFOA Free Ceramic, Dishwasher Safe, Cream White

We do big get togethers, so I needed a pan that could hold a lot of stuff and this pan definitely fits that bill. In one of my photos, I show it holding a 60oz bag of food and it wasn't overflowing. I did cook on med-high and not my usual High which is the recommendation for the pan, and everything turned out great. I didn't even use any oil with this meal. Seems like there was good heat distribution, the food cooked great, super easy to clean as nothing stuck to it. I am very happy with the price I paid and so I would highly recommend this pan. This brand also came highly recommended by my mom, which was another reason why I picked it.

I love, love, love the color of this pan, and the weight of it is not too light and not too heavy. So far nothing sticks to it and I’ve been using it for about a month and a half. It’s a great size and easy to clean. Yes, the underside will discolor at some point from your burner but I expected that when I bought it. I mean it’s a light colored pan so it’s a trade off for having a lovely cooking surface on top. They could opt to make these with all dark colored bottoms but really it doesn’t bother me since the rest of the pan functions as it should and looks beautiful. What guest really needs to be looking at the underside of my pan anyway?? We will see how the nonstick surface holds up over time though. That’s why I didn’t buy a whole set of these yet, because I want to see how long they last before I dive in lol.

Love! This has become my go-to skillet to use, this is my second one. Only issue is how easy it is to scratch and chip.

I love this deep sauté pan. At first I was skeptical because it's lightweight and I am used to heavier pans but don't let that fool you. I've used this pan for several months now and it performs as well as my heavier pans but I love it so much more because it's nontoxic ceramic, it's lightweight so it's easy to grab, it can go feom stove to oven. and the ceramic makes washing it a joy (who knew I'd use joy in the same sentence as dishwashing). Its held up to my cooking so far, and I cook a lot, however I hand wash all my pots and pans so I can't speak to it's durability if washed in the dishwasher.

Not this one, excellent when you first start using it. Seasoned the pan and first week it was amazing. Center of pan seems to peak and liquids go toward edges but did not bother me. Center of pan no longer works as non stick, more like insta stick now and it’s only a month old. Week later and throwing it away, wife said change rating from 2-1 saying one of the worst we have owned

This pan is great - a wonderful size for those "one pan" stovetop meals, and SO easy to clean after - I couldn't believe how easily it cleaned up after my dinner was done! Unfortunately, when I was opening the packaging, the lid fell on the ground. While it didn't crack, the first time I cooked with it, I could hear the glass making some expanding sounds, and one of the plastic pieces holding the handle on the lid was warping/melting. I threw it away to make sure nothing was going to shatter in my kitchen. Would love to find a way to order a replacement lid! Checked their website and there's no way to contact the company, which is not great. Still love the pan!

I've been cooking in this pan for a few weeks now and overall I love it. Haven't had any issues with things sticking to it and it's super easy to clean! Lightweight for the size- another thing I really like about the pan is the size and depth! I have cooked with pans that distribute heat better than this pan, but overall its a good pan I would recommend!
