THE WOMENS 3XL SHOULD FIT 50 TO 52 WAIST. IF I CAN HELP WITH ANYTHING ELSE LET ME KNOW

These are moderately warm long underwear bottoms, but they really are meant at underwear. Maybe fleece-lined leggings would look better & be more suitable for your purpose.

Q: How long is the inseam? I need at least a 30 in inseam.

I have not measured the inseam but I normally wear a 32 inch in seam and have absolutely no problem with the coldpruf length. Best investment I made for winter warmth and we have had 40-50 below zero.
