This is probably the nicest gaming monitor I’ve had to date and I had 2 360 hz monitors both felt great but were never too much different in terms of 1080 quality. The 500 hz is well worth the price (400$ at the time ) but the quality of the screen is impressive as well I’d say you could almost call it 2k it looks so clean! And the response time is almost instant playing games if you have the money and pc to run this monitor at its full capacity do it

Off the rip this monitor is amazing, very easy to assemble, no screws etc, it’s on the lighter side as in weight, and performs like a beast, I was hearing some other people say the brightness looks bad but no it looks perfectly fine on my end and I even messed with the settings and it looks even better, very responsive as well, the last complain I saw was that it gets hot and that’s not true at all mine is actually cold and cool and I have a hot room. Overall 5/5 stars I would recommend and only to people who can get the full 500 fps other wise it’s not worth it unless you are thinking about upgrading your pc.

I ordered this in May 2025 and by September it was junk to me. It started with some kind of weird pixel distortion covering the task bar. That ended up being a full black bar that is about an inch tall from the bottom of the monitor. I can't see my task bar at all. I tried every trouble shoot I could find on the internet and nothing worked. Finally I plugged it into another PC with another video card manufacturer and windows 10 instead of 11. The problem was still there so it is definitely a monitor failure. And of course the return date has expired. I do not recommend this monitor at all. I'm screwed out of $500+.

Coming from a laptop purchasing a new setup my first monitor I bought was 240hz 27 inch. The 27 in screen was overwhelming to me in game so I decided to downsize and go with this 24.5in Alienware. This thing is Amazing. Great picture quality. No issues setting up with linux as well. system automatically recognized it and it's higher refresh rate.

Great for fps. Look up and know what you are getting overall performance vs quality.

I really loved this monitor when I first got it. It was a really neat experience coming from a 144Hz monitor to 500Hz but then some unfortunate things happened. I bought this around August 2024 and it wasn't until around November 2024 is when I was getting problems. By problems, I meant that I my monitor stopped working when it was set to 500Hz (Overclocked) which didn't give me any problems until then. So I turned off the Overclock and the Max Hz that I could do was 480Hz. Not until January 1, 2025 is when even 480Hz stopped working. (By not working, I meant that if I have the monitor set up as either 500hz or 480hz, the monitor would just stay blank. I could see the light coming from it but it's just black.) So once I have it set to a lower Hz (360hz), it's working. It's displaying my desktop just fine and it's working normally like it should. I do want to add on that whenever I do have it set at 480hz, there's like a horizontal screen tear from the bottom half of the monitor then it'll fully turn blank black. The monitor is still on mind you, it's just displaying a black screen. I don't know if anyone else is having this issue, I can't really contact customer support until New Years is over but I'll keep updated.

Brilliant monitor, great refresh rate. Really delighted with purchase for my son who is extremely happy.

if God made the world in 6 days then He spent 3 weeks making this. It is engineered to perfection. SOLID. Smartest stand design ever. STURDY. This makes all the other monitors I owned look like old microwaves. You wont regret any aspect of this purchase.

Absolute garbage, do not buy. If you are like me and wanted a 500hz monitor - first and foremost, it's not worth it. You are better off with some 240hz OLED for similar money. This model however has some serious issues as the sole reason you want this monitor - the refresh rate - does not work. After a system restart my monitor stopped showing true 500hz and after running some diagnostics the maximum range on it defaulted to 255hz (it was not even showing that). I fixed this once by connecting the DP to my laptop and somehow magically that reset the screen to be able to run at 500hz again (mind you, you will see 500hz in windows settings, but in actually the screen runs by my estimates about the same as my 144hz). After another system restart, this fix no longer works. After spending hours and hours trying to factory reset, different DP ports, different everything the 500hz never came back. Absolute garbage that I am going to return.
