I have 2 babies 13 months apart, my hair was falling off by the handful everyday, I had super thick hair so I didn't care until my ponny tail was 1/10 of what it used to be, after 4 years of having my last baby, it didn't seem to stop I was getting holes in my head and still every day I shower or brush a handful of hair will come out, well I've taking this for 2 weeks and since the first week my hair stop falling off, everyday I shower I loss like 3 hairs and that's it, I used to clean the drain every other day, not anymore I notice some baby hairs but I'm just thrilled that I'm not loosing my hair anymore 100% worth it, I've even tried minoxidil but still was growing and falling off at the same rate, is pricey but I'll keep drinking it everyday, the taste is ok, is just the oil consistency and after taste, but nothing crazy bad. So I'll keep buying it and recommending it

The taste is pretty awful but it's the best supplement i've used for hair growth EVER. And I've used a lot. I've gotten "used" to the taste now and the benefits far outweigh the taste for me. Takes probably 2 months of every day use to see results

Giving it 3 stars solely on the taste. I used the morning one prior the mango kind where you take two tablespoons. I ordered this one because you take 1 tablespoon compared to two but I’d rather take the two. This one is so thick when you take it by itself which I normally do since I take it before I leave in the morning. I normally have to chase it down with another drink. But if you’re big on textures this will make you gag forreal. Ima stick it out for the entire bottle tho

After one bottle, I noticed that I had half the gray at my temples and well, also down below. I got a glance in the mirror post shower and shocked myself! I don't have lots of gray but this did really lessen the bright streaks at the temples and new hair around my face is almost totally brown. Also, THE TASTE IS FINE! I have no idea what people are complaining about. Would I put it on pancakes? No...but it's not meant to be a gourmet dish.

I’ve only taken two doses. So I can’t rate the efficacy of this product but I will say it absolutely has to work because it is so disturbingly disgusting. I can not believe more people do not mention how awful it tastes. Prior to this I was taking the hair growth formula by Spoiled Child. Which tastes delicious. It’s more expensive and I didn’t feel like I was seeing any results, so I dropped my subscription and moved on to Mary Ruth. But taking this everyday is gonna be tough. I’ll update if/when I see any results.
