Good boots
Bearing in mind other reviews I ordered the smallest size that I normally take and they fit perfectly. They arrived very quickly and appear to be well made with a good grippy sole and lining that will not get grass seeds and similar stuck in it.

The boots look strong- FOR A SIZE 7 ORDER A SIZE 5
It's disappointing the soles are glued although that's how most boots come these days. Please go down a size if you are a women I ordered a 7 & it's a bit big even with Woolley socks on. I have ordered a 6 to try instead that should arrive tomorrow. I hope they fit as they felt very comfortable & warm. Durability I cannot comment on as yet as I haven't worn them out. Overall I am impressed with the price, really hope the 6 fits & these become my winter boots and stand the test if time, if they don't I shall up date the review. *** Edited review If you are a size 7 you need to order a size 5 they are still a little big although comfortable. I have worn these 4 times in really heavy rain & muddy conditions so far are totally waterproof, I am off to Wales next month, lets see how they hold up then! Brilliant if you need tucked in trousers as plenty of room especially for us with wider calves- I highly recommend. Just size down a couple of sizes. So far so good...

size is too large...
Sadly this product is let down in two areas that are fundamental for it's use. The first issue is that the size is too large that I could have got away with two sizes smaller. My shoe size is a 7 wide but normally an 8. If I am lucky I can, rarely, find a size 7 that is a wide fitting and does actually fit but normally I have to use a size 8. When ordering boots the rule is normally to order one size larger to allow for thick socks and for getting the feet inside. So, technically I should have ordered a size 9 for these but threw caution to the wind and ordered my usual 8s. Sadly, the box might say these are an 8, the boots say they are an 8 but in reality they are a 9. So, the sizes are confusing as if the manufacturer has allowed for the increase in size for boots compared to shoes then it should have been stated. However, even if that allowance was considered then these are still too large. The next issue with these boots is that being moulded means one can't tighten then closer to the lower calf as one can do with zipped or strapped boots. Additionally, somebody decided that the boots have to be wide enough to put a thigh in to allow for movement thus the boots are just way too loose and can be a hazard themselves. It is sad that what could have been a really good product has been let down by a lot of sloppiness at the design stage, the size is incorrect and they are hazardy loose for wearing on a construction site with even a possibility for debris to easily fall inside. I cannot recommend these safety boots as they do really need to go back to the drawing board and the issues need rectifying. Additionally, even withtheir unsuitability for construction work the description mentions the word "rigger" in it. As far as I am aware "riggers" usually wear protective shoes or nowadays they can even wear steel capped trainers. I cannot even imagine a film ste rigger wearing such large, oversized and clumsy boots in his / her job. As I started this paragraph I will ned it by repeating the words "back to the drawing board".
