I never thought I'll start seeing the results from the first week itself after taking this I am sleeping like a baby earlier I found it hard to sleep even after lying on the bed it took me at least one or two hour to get sleep now I just take it after I mean and as soon as I hit the bed almost in 30 minutes I'm dozzed off to sleep and then wake up in the morning as per my schedule and I am feeling a more energetic and overall balance for highly recommend this. Product which i received is genuine and authentic and it's moderately priced.

Very very very very good product

Helped with good sleep and immunity

Writing this review after about 10 days usage (1 tab per day). My age is 43 years. I am definitely experiencing an increase in energy, though I am not sure if its due to placebo. My wife has noticed difference in performance as well (she is not aware of my usage of this tab). I had in the past used ashwagandha of other brands (including Himalaya's other cheap variety) without experiencing any significant benefits. In their defence I may add that earlier I was not taking them with warm milk as recommended. With this variety I am taking it with warm milk in the morning daily. I have also made minor adjustments in my diet and physical activity routine. In summary I cannot certify if the benefits I am enjoying lately is due to the ashwagandha tablets, but I will definitely order them again. PS: No difference experienced in sleep quality though.

Good quality but price is higher

Yesterday I got the product. Took a tablet last night. i was burned out due to my hardworking schedules, almost 16,17 hours coding a day ( with late night sleeps) for last 2 weeks. This tablet is a Magic, it worked like it clicked my reset button. I feel like im a whole new person and feeling way better than how i felt 2 weeks ago before starting my works. All my Stress relieved and feeling very energytic, sleep quality was so much better last night. Outstanding value for money. Felt like Magic Pill.
