These fit into my shoes (any shoe) without compromising the fit. The support was great, comfortable and helped with hip/knee problems I have no end! Couldn’t feel them in my shoes but certainly felt the benefit thank you.

Product not fit for purpose

Really good easy to use and place in shoes don’t know how long they will last but doing the job for my knees and back.

These work well on shoes that are already a snug fit. That they move when loose in the shoe is easily remedied by tapping the shoe heel down as you are about to put your foot in the shoe. They are comfortable. A good alternative for the full sole. I use both for different shoes.
