I am a retired plumber who always piped my dishwashers with soft copper. The way the new dishwashers are made does not allow you to work with something that is not extremely flexible because you have no room (more room for dishes means less room for hands for installation). I initially installed my dishwasher with the soft copper but decided to use this flexible hose when I had to remove and reinstall it for a new kitchen installation. This hose was a little long for my installation next to the sink but the 10 foot length allows for a water source farther away. This kit also gives you the specialty dishwasher connection elbow which you probably won’t have on your older dishwasher if it’s ten years or older. Installation is a breeze with this kit.

Replaced the supply line on my GE dishwasher and this works perfectly. I used some teflon tape on the threads, tightened it up and not a single drop of water

A generous amount of good quality water line was used. The brass 90-degree fitting worked perfectly for my Bosch dishwasher. A16mm wrench on the nuts and you are good to go.

This dishwasher hose came just in time for my new dishwasher. The braided hose came with 2 adapters, which I ended up only needing part of the 90 degree adapter. I like the material better and i thought these worked out better than the original rubber hose.I think this was a bit too long for my purpose but I've learned that before hooking this up, I should have unraveled the hose and straightened it out for a bit first. Then under the sink, roll them up with a twist tie... So the installation took a bit longer... This way, I was able to pull the hose through easier without kinks or having to find ways to tuck them away (no room on the sides or behind the dishwasher). Now they are mostly under the sink sitting neatly in a bundle.Overall, this is a quality hose. The price seems to be comaparble to others around $20. However, i did overspend for the 10 ft. when i probably could have used a shorter and less expensive hose without the adapters... But it is always better to have them when I need them than need them and not have them.
