I bought this as a gift for my cousin, and she loves it. She says it's challenging, but that is what she asked for. She loves working on it she said it relaxes her.

Very well made, the picture ended up so bright and beautiful. The only complaint I would have to add, is the company needs to add more thread. I ran out of certain colors three fourths threw the project. Other then that it's worth the money.

I’m almost finished with this project and I have to say, out of the ones I’ve done since I started using stamped cross stitch in January, this one was my favorite. The confetti wasn’t maddening, and it had enough floss to do the entire piece, without running out of a single color. This has been a rarity amount these kits. My only complaint is the pale yellow and pale green colors. I wish they would do only one of those, as they are so similar in color, it can be extremely difficult to figure out which one they want to use. I also wish they would include a paper copy of the color chart. This would make determining the pale yellow/pale green distinction. Other than this, this has been a joy to stitch.

This was fun to stitch! Clearly printed pattern. Quality thread and plenty of it. Came out beautiful.

This is my first cross stitch project. Having the pattern printed on the canvas was very helpful. Some of the thread was very thin, while others were thicker. I’m not sure if that was on purpose or not. The thread does get snagged sometimes, but if you cut the thread in half, and then pull it apart, it’s very manageable. I would definitely recommend this. My project turned out beautifully.

review is for W097 'tree of life' this kit has such a beautiful array of colors so it's worth it if you want a lot of pinks and blues and purples for cheap even if you're not interested in the pattern. DMC # included: 155 158 159 160 210 225 316 318 517 518 791 792 793 796 820 823 917 939 950 996 3041 3042 3325 3727 3746 3766 3835 3842 all the colors have at minimum 8 feet of string and maximum 60 feet of blue 820! the pattern is pretty too, i'm about 25% done I think, but I'll need to improv some backstitching to really make it pop. It seems like a picture was just thrown through a "make cross stitch pattern wizard" and it's not designed specifically for embroidery. I also saw the same picture being sold as a diamond dots kit so maybe it was converted from that. to polish it off maybe some glittery seed beans sewn on? I do have a criticism that the edges aren't sewn so they start fraying, which isn't in itself a big deal because you can tape it off, but the pattern key is right on the edge so I can't use duct tape like I normally do for that side without covering the key. Minor annoyance but other kits either do nice stitching on the edges or they don't put the key RIGHT on the edge.

It looks like this cross-stitch pattern was created by a computer NOT a person who does criss-stitch. This is a wonderful image, but the 30 different colors are scattered all over the pattern. There are many single color stitches surrounded by other colors placed a distance from any other stitch of that color so that you waste a huge amount of threat criss-crossing around to complete the singleton stitches. This happens even in ares where very similar colors are surrounding the single stitch. It makes no sense at all. I live the picture so I will complete the cross-stitch but I imagine I'll end up with two to three times as much thread criss-crossing over the back than i will on the front making the picture. I hope it's worth the trouble and I don't run out if thread as so much is wasted.
