I've been using the SuperMush Daily Mouth Spray Trio (Immunity, Energy, Chill) for a few weeks now, and I definitely notice a difference! - Immunity: This one has become part of my morning routine. genuine review! It really relaxes you but it mostly gives you that stress free vibe, after you swallow it don’t wash it off with water taste it throughly to get that feeling faster. Overall, I loved it. It’s not that expensive for how long it lasts.

I wanted to love this spray. I love trying new products to help with stress and sleep, and it's always an added bonus if it's on the more holistic side. I read the instructions and sprayed it four times on my tongue. I understand that it's mushrooms and the taste is going to reflect that - and it did. It was very umami, earthy, and deep with a sweetness from the lavender and lemon. Unfortunately I just don't think the lemon and lavender did enough to change the flavor. It also has an aftertaste that stays in your mouth for a while even after you drink something to try and wash the flavor out. I took it a few hours after eating dinner when we were just lounging and about to watch a movie and I didn't feel like it made me sleepy or extra calm, I didn't feel any change. Just a random aside, I do love the artwork on the bottle!

Daily energy? Yes, please! I love that Super Mush is made with cordyceps, lion's manes, elderflower, and green tea because I believe these ingredients have a variety of health benefits and I've taken all but elderflower in the past. Unfortunately, this combination (or dose) doesn't give me the pick-me-up I expected. In fact, I haven't noticed an increase in focus, stamina, or alertness. The directions advise spraying Super Mush on your tongue 4x before swallowing, and doing this up to 3 times a day. Shudder! I think the taste is terrible! I do it anyhow and see if anything happens. Nada, nope, nothing. I've tried it under my tongue as well (hoping for less taste and better absorption) but that hasn't worked either. Prior to using Super Mush, I've taken lion's mane capsules, cordyceps tinctures, and I drink green tea AND take green tea capsules when in need of more "go" power. I believe my body is simply used to the higher dose of each ingredient and that's why I feel no effect. It's a real bummer because it would be far more convenient for me to get the same effect with a dose of spray rather than swallowing multiple capsules. If I were aware of any positive effect on me I'd continue to use Super Mush despite the awful flavor. The proprietary blend and all organic ingredients are exciting and I think this is a quality product, but it doesn't work for me. It's distributed by Into the Multiverse, Inc., in Marina del Rey, California, and the box says it's made in the USA.

BOTH Pumps did not work at all. One that I screwed open had a solidified build up at the top as well, as if it was old, maybe? However, I don’t think these items have a long shelf life. Received in April 24 and expires in August 24. I have bought these products at a store in person before, not online, and they were great!

I was skeptical at first but am really liking it! The mental clarity and energy I get from it are noticeable. I also like that it's a slow ramp up and subtle ramp down, very different from caffeine. No jitters, just clean energy.
