How to Use the Desoldering Pump Step 1: Press the plunger down until it is been locked and you will hear a click; Step 2: Make the tip of the soldering iron to the solder joint and allow the solder to become fully liquid; Step 3: Move the tip of the pump next to the molten solder. Move the iron out of the way and immediately cover the liquid solder puddle with the pump's tip. Pull the trigger; Step 4: Repeat this process if necessary. Review: It has durability, I know it's good plastic, it had good performance, the suction gun, or whatever it's called it was a very good grip, so it was really easy to use. Honestly, the quality is pretty good. I don't normally give out 5 stars, btw. Review: Works great. A good price for solder removal tools.

Easy to use. Holds up well to the high temps of the soldering iron. Practically cleaned itself after every plunger reset. The desoldering braided wire neatly cleaned up the pins and board.
