I only take supplements that don't add fillers or supplements. So this supplement starts out ahead of the pack because they don't add any of that unnecessary or harmful stuff.The expiration date on my bottle is almost three years. There are 90 capsules in the bottle which could be a one month supply. The recommended serving is 3 capsules. So you can choose to stretch it and only take one or two.I have tried shilajit in its pure form. It is tar-like. It has a very unique flavor. I felt like it did help me but it is not always the most convenient to take as I have to wait for it to dissolve in water. These capsules are a nice alternative.I am cautiously optimistic about the combination of supplements in this. Everyone has to do their own research about what they want to try. My system can be very sensitive to new things so I am taking it slow introducing this supplement into my regimen.Overall I am very happy with this product. It seems to be exactly as described. And it is third party tested which always makes me more confident.

I really liked being able to find a shijalit supplement in capsule form, because it's a lot easier to take in a capsule and the shijalit doesn't melt or make a mess the way it can do if you take it in tablets. These capsules offer all the health benefits of shijalit in an easy-to-take, mess-free format. The additional herbal ingredients are great as well. I definitely feel invigorated and energized when I take these daily. I recommend them!

Good product for the price

Well, sometimes with vitamins it’s not so easy to tell. Many are antioxidants which is something not as noticeable, and not all the time should be b/c it’s about prevention and maintenance.With Shilajit it is volcanic tar packed w/ minerals. Many of which our body no longer receives do to depleted soil. Not to mention, I really like the additional ingredients that comes along with it in this formula.However, sometimes it can take up to 3months to notice any visible results. Currently, I don’t see any subtle signs of increased energy or improvement of brain function (minerals & Ginkgo) Ginseng for overall well being - and then again, what has been broken for years doesn’t heal overnight.4⭐️ for me cause the power is there…but i’m just not seeing it for myself yet.Perhaps the tar is better. Sublingual is the 2nd fastest way your body can absorb nutrients. But for those that can’t stand the taste, than a pill is better than none -in this instance :)

It does not say how much of each. and 400mg of L-Arginine and beet Root to supposedly equal1600mg. Shilajit was recommended to me and I first ordered a liquid (read that tar like) vat of the stuff (tiny container) it is so hard to get a little out and off the metal scoup thing. And putting it in your mouth is something at least my tastebuds wish to never happen again.Here comes these capsules.We get Shilajit in a nice easy to swallow pill and we are happy.Will continue to use and update if I notice any positives or negatives.

It is what it is. Shilajit without the fuss or mess. You get some extra herbs to boost. I'm not a chemist, but it seems legit.

This large quantity of refined Shilajit in the form of capsules arrived clean and well sealed. The capsules have a slight scent to them that's characteristic of its main ingredient, though they have no taste themselves. The capsules are easy to swallow with a drink. This seems to be a good value for the quantity of Shilajit for the price.
