I didn't get these to use as mouth swabs, but to clean the inside of the small compartments of pill organizers.These are well made. Sticks are plastic and glue holds the foam swab tight. The swab did great while washing pill organizers in dish water. One swab worked to clean all the pill organizers. Did not fall apart at all.

They are easy to use, Mom let’s me clean her mouth with them twice a day

These oral swabs are good to have on hand, I only wish they had a flavor. You do get a lot of swabs for the money and it's nice that they are disposable.

I ordered these for an elderly relative who has mobility issues, and they work great to provide a way for them to clean and refresh their mouth any time without having to make their way to the bathroom or ask someone for help.For the small but significant level of independence they provide and the fact you get 100 in the package, this package of oral swabs deliver good value.

The sponge is too hard and perhaps won’t be comfortable for old people

I ordered these oral swabs for a different use than the manufacturer intended: to clean tiny areas around the house instead of swabbing human mouths. The little ribbed sponges on sticks are so perfect to get into spots that are too small for a normal sized duster.Each ribbed sponge is about 1" long and 3/4" wide and mounted securely on a 3 3/4" plastic stick. The sponge is on the firm side, but not stiff or hard.I used the first swab (they come wrapped 2 to a package) to really get a small bud vase clean. Over the years I have tried just about everything to clean it (raw rice, overnight soaking, cotton swabs) but nothing small enough to fit inside the narrow opening was much good at cleaning. The swab fit right in and after swishing it around with some dish detergent my vase looks like new again. They are well made and don't come apart even when scrubbing hard.My bathroom lights have glass shades that are open on the top and tend to collect dust that is really hard to reach without unscrewing the bulbs and trying to squeeze a cloth inside to catch the dust without electrocuting myself. The swab that I swirled around inside the shade cleaned that awkward spot perfectly. I didn't even have to remove the light bulbs! I liked that there was no metal on the swab as I worked it around the inside of the light fixture.Definitely an item that has many possible uses both in the medicine cabinet and the cleaning closet.

These oral swabs come 2 to a package and are a good size to use on adults and children alike. The stick could be a little longer. I wish the stick was made of biodegradable cardboard instead of plastic, because if you have to use these on a regular basis it creates a lot of plastic waste.
