My husband has tried several knife sharpeners over the years. Some have worked okay, some have not worked at all and have been a waste of money! This product actually works, and works very well! We have a full set of Japanese knives in our kitchen. They are meant to be very sharp! But through the course of a year of regular use they became less sharp and maybe even a little dull. We were struggling to find a sharpener that would sharpen them to the sharpness they were when we bought them. This sharpener works! It has brought my knives back to the sharpness level they were when we purchased them! It is easy to use, and it is quick. Honestly, we've never had sharper knives in the house since buying this sharpener! Highly recommended!

Ordered as a birthday present for my husband, got it he used it a lot all of our knife are razor sharp now. The problem happened about two months after he started using it the roller started binding up and not gliding like it should. We reached out to the company and they sent us the whole new system. Roller, strop, and magnetic holder, all after just a few simple questions.

After one use, it would not roll for me anymore. No amount of oiling or lubrication fix the problem. I do, however, just use it as a hand sharpener and that does work. It no longer rolls like it’s supposed to after one use. it didn’t get wet like that.
