Only been taking it for a few days, but for me it has done what Metagenics Cortico B5 and B6 couldn't do for the last 10 years or so, which had no effect other than make my urine smell horribly. i like the stuff that is on here but it would be nice to know how much of each is in the blend for ashwaghanda and bacopa i used the amount that was in another of life extension product but it would still be nice to know how much estimated is on there
