Ingredients Roasted Italian almonds (40%), sugar, whey powder (milk) powder, coconut butter, skimmed milk powder, soya lecithin, flavouring. May contain traces of peanuts and other nuts. Allergens are listed in bold. Our Almond Butter is unlike any other nut spread because it's made in Sicily using Avola almonds. Sicily has some of the world's most beautiful agricultural landscape with almost year-round sunshine and calcium rich soil, the optimum environment for producing the "perfect" almond. Avola almonds have a unique shape (elliptical and pointed at the other end) with a thick and woody shell that keeps the fat thus preserving its distinctively intense and delicate flavour and aroma.Spread it on toast and pancakes, use it as a filling for croissants, dressing for cakes or just a grab a spoon and eat anytime of the day as a snack!
