Amazing Headphone, Amazing Price
I own the Soundcore Life Q30 over ear headphones and Tozo T6 in ear headphones. Both have great sound quality, especially Soundcore. I wanted a pair of open ear headphones for running and my current headphones don't do the job. Soundcore has amazing sound quality but the over ear cup heats up the ears way too much plus they don't stay on too well for sports. The Torzo T6 in ear is uncomfortable after 15 minutes and the sound isolation silicone means I hear an internal foot step thumping when I walk around. I don't use the Torzo much for anything anymore and won't go back to in ear headphones. Most youtube videos point to Aftershokz bone conducting headphones £150 or Bose open ear headphones (just under £200) as the best open ear headphones with Aftershocks winning most votes. I've tried Aftershokz Aeropex in the past at the store. I tried my daughter's Apple Airpod which sounded great on her iPhone but rubbish on my android Galaxy s20 plus. I loved the comfort of the Airpod and thought if I can get an alternative which sounds just as good on android then that will be the solution. I researched and came across Soundpeats Air3, which was discounted to £37 when I bought them. Since receiving them I have had them on for hours and have used them outside on busy roads. Comfort is brilliant. Happy to have them on all day. Sound quality for open ear headphones and price is amazing. Sound quality in my view is definitely up there with Aftershokz Aeropex and Apple Airpod (on an iPhone). I actually prefer Soundpeats because it has more base and the volume can be turned up higher which is useful in really noisy environments. The headphones and charging case are also smaller than alternatives which is a bonus. All main controls can be done on the earbuds without pulling your phone out. My son after trying out my Soundpeats ordered a pair for himself straight away. I purchased these for running but will now use them for most things because sound quality, comfort and convenience of size is so impressive. I will only use a different headphone like my Soundcore Life Q30 when I want better sound quality for music sessions. I am actually thinking about getting another pair as back-up if price gets dropped again. But even at £50 they're great value and I'd be happy to pay that if I know what I know now and if I don't already own a pair. My only disappointment in the process of finding these is that alot of youtube reviews did not compare these alongside Aftershokz and Bose for open ear headphones. Amazing headphones and price Soundpeats 👍. Thank you.

My first wireless earbud
Due to the lockdown, I am working from home and to join the conference call and zoom meetings, I was looking for a decent wireless earbud. After reading reviews and watched videos on YouTube, decided to buy SoundPeats stem style earbuds. This earbud is looking like Apple AirPod design and this suits well for me. 1. Connection - This earbud is Bluetooth 5.0 and having a solid connection, whether to connect a laptop or iPad or mobile phone.,No issues so far. However, this earbud doesn’t connect multiple device at the same time. You have to disconnect from one device and reconnect to another device. My £20.00 jabra earphone for calls connects with multiple device simultaneously. 2. Call Quality - I can hear calls crisp and clear and other end can’t tell whether I am talking through Bluetooth earbuds or not. Not taken the call in the nosiest environment, so can’t talk about that. Thumbs up! 3. Sound Quality for music - As many said, the music sound loud and clear, except bass. If you love bass, look elsewhere. However, there are apps available to tweak the bass. I am not an audiophile. I would give 3/5 for music quality for the lack of bass effect. 4. Battery - So far good. The charger can give up to 70 hours. Plus is, the charger comes with USB type C, which is the standard now a days. No need to carry multiple cables. No wireless charging though. 5. Touch control - works as expected. It takes some time to get used to the touch control. To confirm the touch, there is a beep sound played. Volume control is good addition considering the cost. Overall, this earbud is a decent, lightweight and good for conference calls, podcasts.

Power Bank and Earbuds all in one
I purchased this product after spending £120+ on a pair of Huawei Freebuds 3 to use for home workouts and running or for work. Being a lorry driver it is great to have a pair of earphones you can put in your pocket and connect to a tablet or laptop via bluetooth and watch a movie or sports when you are in a rest area. After having a pair of the chinese i12 'Airpod clones' I decided I would try something a little different and the Truebuds stood out to me, having the additional use as a power bank would be useful for a quick top up whilst out and about and the same charger used for my phone would be suitable for the USB-C charging port on the case. I have since used these Truebuds more than the more expensive Freebuds as there is little to no difference in the sound when watching a video or listening to music. There isn't too much bass which for the music I listen to is not a problem at all. I manage approximately 3-4 hours use on a single charge, which when added to the recommended 70 hour combined with the charging case does impress me. Knowing that I can charge up the case one day and then get 3 days+ of useage is great. One less thing to worry about plugging in on a nightly basis. The touch controls are easy enough when you use them a few times. The double tap to pause and hold to skip features have been great for me, the only issue I have is that when the earbuds are removed from your ear they do not automatically pause the audio. However, considering the price I am willing to accept this. SoundPeats have slightly deviated from the desire of copying the Apple Airpods like other manufacturers and I believe they look more stylish. The matte black finish is slick and looks much better than the glossy plastic of other earbuds. The embossed logo on the case would have you believe these earbuds are more expensive than they indeed are. The earbuds are compact enough to feel comfortable in your ear and also dont pertrude as much as other brand buds do due to the slimline stem on the buds themselves. Inclusion of the new SoundPeats logo on the pressure points of the earbuds look fantastic and is again something that helps these earbuds stand out. The case itself is larger than you would expect for bluetooth earbuds, however when you factor in the larger capacity battery and the ability to charge other devices via USB the footprint for the case is actually rather compact. The matte finish gives slightly more grip to the case and the buds and looks great. The size is about that of 2 sets of Airpods next to each other, the original Airpods not the Pro version. The magnet holds the lid closed firmly whilst also being easy enough to open. I need the two hands to open without dropping but I have small hands and thats due to the laptop style hinge on the case. We also have 4 LED indicators to show you current battery level and the buds have an LED to show pairing/charging status. This is great as the one on the buds stops when connected so attention isn't drawn to your ears when out and about. I tend to use the power bank to charge my smartphone in an emergency and will get around 50-60% battery from half of the power in the bank itself. This may vary depending on the phone you have but I'd say is rather good, if you need some additional juice to get through the day at work, or travelling home etc. Obviously to charge the phone fully I would use more of the battery from the case so I like to keep half to keep the buds topped up as well. Charging time for the case is around an hour for me and this gets me the 70+ hours of listening time. When the earbuds are returned to the case they automatically start charging and switch off. I highly recommend these earbuds, especially with the coupon for further discount at the moment. What a great price for a great product. Thoroughly impressed with these that I purchased an additional pair as a present for my father. Thanks SoundPeats

Solid quality, and service at an unbelievably keen price
I bought these for my wife as she likes the shape of the Apple airpods because they fit her ear canal well, and I couldn't justify paying Apple Airpod money. We had already had the disappointment of a pair of ear pods from another seller that she ordered which were of poor quality so they were returned. I researched these Truebuds by Soundpeats and decided to give them a try. The packaging was brilliant. The weight and quality of the charging case, the way the the pods snick perfectly and effortlessly into the charging case, and the build quality is way beyond my expectations for their price point. To give you an analogy, it's a bit like the reassuring weight and sound of a door closing on a top quality car. You just know they are built well. Connecting to tablet/phone by Bluetooth 5 is simple. Touch controls do work, but they could be a little more reactive in their response. Sound wise, they are very clear, and not sibilant in the treble, but lacking a little in lower mids and bass. This isn't a criticism as such, because I wouldn't expect hifi quality at this price. My wife has no complaints, and if they are being used for casual listening/Youtubing etc then they are absolutely fine. If this company did a hifi version of their earpods/iem's, I'd be eager to listen to them even if they were significantly more money.......Hint hint Soundpeats! It comes with a card that invites you to contact their social media page, and as you register their customer services send you a welcome message. I think Soundpeats have got their priorities right by focusing on service and value. I'd certainly buy from them again with confidence. Well done!

Excellent Earbuds
I had been looking for a decent set of ear phones for while and read numerous reviews. I eventually took the plunge and ordered these about a month ago (note: I paid for these, they were not sent free of charge for evaluation). I has been using on ear headphones for exercising and wanted to switch to earpod style earphones but was after something a bit more cost effective than apple products. I didn't have huge expectations for these based on the price and was willing to accept a few compromises in quality, in line with the price range. I thought I would try these out for a few weeks before leaving a review to make sure I has a chance to evaluate battery life and reliability. Unboxing the product, you get the earpods in a case which doubles as a battery bank that you can use to charge external devices, such as a phone. This makes the case slightly larger and heavier then some other products, the case is still relatively small and personally I think this is a worthwhile addition that makes this product stand out compared to competitor earpods. The earpods are the semi in ear style, like the apple product and therefore they don't have the silicone inserts that you get with the full in ear products. Personally I prefer the semi in ear style and I found these really comfortable. I use these for running 5 or 6 days a week and have no issue with the fit of these, they sit securely in my ears and I have had no issues with them coming loose or falling out. Battery life has been excellent, I haven't tested them until the battery runs out, but I have worn them for several hours in the garden and had no issues. After 1 month use, the battery case is still on its first charge with 3/4 charge still available. I am no audio expert but the sound is really good in my opinion, the range seems balanced and there is a good level of base. As with all semi in ear style pods, they don't cancel out external noises. I have not found this to be an issue and like to still have some external noise when running outdoors to provide awareness of surroundings. The touch controls on the ear pods work well once you get used to which ear to tap and how many times for each function. One feature these have that not many of the competitor products do is the ability to change the volume using the touch panels on the ear phones, this works really well, tap the left pod to reduce the volume, tap the right pod to turn up the volume. Overall I have been really impressed with these earpods and couldnt be happier.

Excellent value, but not without flaws
I purchased these Air3 earbuds after doing a fair bit of research, and not wanting to spend silly money on an expensive brand. I have now been using them for a couple of months so have worked out the good and the bad. On the plus side, without being mind-blowing the sound is perfectly good enough for me, and they are very comfortable to wear. Battery life is excellent and they are very simple to setup and pair with various devices. For listening to music/watching movies etc they are excellent. On the downside, they occasionally go through a stage of randomly starting/stopping the track you are playing with no input - I haven't nailed an immediate cure for this but whenever I next use them they seem to be fine again. This only seems be listening to music on my phone via Samsung music. Another point is that they aren't great for phone calls, apparently it's quite faint and difficult to hear when I'm talking to someone. Finally - and I never envisaged this would be an issue - they are quite difficult to actually get out of the case! They are a smooth plastic and I often fumble around sometimes dropping them (I'm 23 and fairly dexterous). However, for £25 ish I think they're good value for money, I do use them daily and despite the above issues will continue to use them!

Great quality and sound for the price (short term)
EDIT: I’ve bumped my review down as unfortunately the microphone on these deteriorated about a month after purchase. Such a shame as they were really comfortable and did everything exactly as I needed. I bought these for video calls etc. during work as a replacement for my first gen Apple AirPods that are now lacking on battery life. I really wanted to find some new earphones that were the same design as AirPods as I hate the rubber tips that all sets seem to come with now. The reviews on these seemed fairly strong so I thought I’d give them a go. Initially I didn’t want to spend more than £25 or so, so I was reluctant at first shelling out more money. One day in though and I’m not disappointed! The sound quality is strong, no one complained that they could hear or understand me during meetings and they connected and disconnected as expected and easily. My criticism would be on three things (although don’t let that put you off!) 1. The charging cable you get with it is very short. If you plug it into a USB plug and plug it into the wall, it would be hanging down and now even reach the floor. But it’s only USB-C so an easy to source cable if you need a longer one. 2. The touch controls will take some getting used to as you seem to be able to do 4 or 5 different functions depending on amount of taps or length of tap. As I’m only using for meetings though this doesn’t bother me too much. 3. The charging case seems to be lacking in build quality slightly. It seems a much thinner plastic than an AirPods case. The lid also doesn’t quite have that same snap shut feeling. However overall I’m very impressed with these for the price and would definitely recommend!!

Value for Money - than Apple's Airpods so far
I am a bit of a headphone addict. One set of headphones I use a lot were Apple Airpods. I am on my second pair (standard mk2s) - the first ones lasted a couple of years until the battery deteriorated. The second set now seem to have developed a fault after 18 months were often, only one Airpod pairs (either left or right) with my phone or MP3 player - the other needing constant re-connecting to work. Very annoying. So instead of going for a 3rd set I thought I would take punt on the Soundpeats Air 3. They work in roughly the same way and had good reviews, so why not? On offer at just over £30 (as opposed to around £150 for the Apple mk2, standard Airpods) here is what I found: 1) Design - better than Apple's Airpods Smaller, black (not white), just as comfortable and a USB-C charging case. Much prefer USB-C to lighting. The case is light and doesn't seem quite as tough as the Apple one, but overall the design is still a win for the Soundpeats. 2) Battery Life - as good as Apple's Airpods I haven't compared them side by side but the Soundpeats seem to be at least as good. The charging case holds a decent amount of power for re-charging a few times too - same as the Airpods. 3) Sound Quality - as good as Apple's Airpods Seems to be as good. Music sounds excellent - there is some bass and they are smooth and relaxed sounding. Remember these are not 'sealing' type pods, but ones which rest in your ear. You will not experience any sound isolation or super deep bass but they are, for many - myself included, the only solution for comfort as I cannot abide earbuds which go into your ear canal and make a seal. 4) Controls - much, much better than Apple's Airpods. I absolute hate Siri, Alexa and all such gimmicks. With Apple's Airpods, you are supposed to be able to change the volume, change tracks, pause, play etc. by asking Siri. As in "Hey Siri, Turn the Volume Down". Not only do you look and sound like a complete idiot if you are in public and do this, it only works half the time. Worse for skipping tracks - some apps work, some don't, sometimes Siri is listening, sometimes not. You CAN program a play/pause in as double tap on the Airpods so be thankful for that. On the SoundPeats though - what a breath of fresh air! - Double Tap either earbud for Play/Pause - Single tap Right bud for Volume Up or Left bud for Volume Down - Finger on Right bud and tap the Left One - Next Track - Finger on Left bud and tap the Right One - Previous Track SIMPLE, always works, no talking to them to try and coax them into life - perfect. 5) Call Quality - Same as as Apple's Airpods Perfect - no problem. 6) Compatibility - Better than Apple's Airpods The Soundpeats can be controlled from Apple devices. They also works on my MP3 Player (Sony). Works on my day-to-to phone, Nokia 5310 (2020). The Airpods only worked properly on Apple's devices. They worked in a very limited way on the other things. Conclusion. Very happy with these. I don't think I will be buying any more over-priced Apple Airpods again. At the same price the Soundpeats would be better, but the fact they are about 1/5th of the price makes them an absolute steal. Hope this helps!
