What a fabulous toothbrush! From the moment I opened the box, I just knew this was a great purchase. It does have a really classy feel to it. I love the weight of the slimline handle/body and the heads are small and gentle. I love the travelling case, and with the UV cleaning function and a very long charge time it gives it a real edge for travelling. Delighted that it charges with a USB - very sensible indeed! And now the important bit. The actual brushing function itself. It's an experience! (I like the timing function - that's very useful indeed). The sonic brushing, though! WOW! What a difference it makes! Honestly, I thought my previous toothbrush was good, but it doesn't hold a candle to my Suri - my teeth genuinely feel so clean! And it's just naturally so gentle on my gums! I am absolutely sure my teeth also look cleaner since I've been using my Suri. Every time I use it, I just love it a bit more. My nearest and dearest have been fully informed, on several occasions, of its awesomeness. There's so much attention to detail in it. From function, to looks right through to the sustainability and recycling aspect, this is, in my opinion, a tip-top toothbrush. Well worth the price tag - I think it's excellent value. Honestly, I highly recommend this product.

It's been almost a year since I got this Suri electric toothbrush, I am still pleased with my purchase as it makes sense to me as someone who travels regularly, let me tell you why. The brush and the case are slim, made of quality materials and lightweight, I brush twice a day every day and it holds it's charge power. I have gone 40 days without needing to charge it. Even if I did need to while travelling I can use a usb-c cord with the phone charger and plug it directly into the case with the brush inside and use the UV disinfection light at the same time. The bristles are plant based made of so I am not worried about microplastics, I change them every 3 months as recommended, but they don't wear out that quickly at all despite being made from castor oil! But let me tell you what is the most important thing about this brush for me. I went to the dentist last month for my check up, after initial inspection of my pearly whites the first thing he said was "Your teeth are very clean, well done!" I didn't need any further treatment. What else is there to say? (okay I also use a waterpik to floss before brushing when I am not travelling, but that's not the point)

I adore this toothbrush. It took me a few minutes to get use to the different way it cleans more like a laser feel …. Weird but it’s really good. Also love the colour. If a toothbrush could be pretty this is it. Very stylish and box thingy (can’t remember what you’ve called it :) ) is very slim unlike other brush cases I’ve had in the past. I’ve just ordered some brush heads for stock in the same colour just in case can’t get them for different reason. I do hope this company doesn’t disappear coz you’ve a great product. Yes tad expensive but it’s lovely and to be honest worth it.feels lovely to hold not bulky with tons of different modes. I did see some reviews going on about paint coming off which put me off. But don’t be it’s very stylish and my teeth feel so clean when using it .. suppose better mention the clean ! Excellent brush . Love it Would definitely recommend. Oh and charges from usb which is convenient when travelling. Haven’t tested battery life so can’t comment. Go on treat yourself. It looks good at first but after a month the power switch has failed and it has started turning itself on randomly and draining the battery. Didn't clean teeth overly well even when it was working. Have had to replace it after only a month. Disappointing product.

This is my first Sonic toothbrush. Bought in June 2024. (5 months ago) Overall I was happy with the sonic action on this brush, I felt my teeth were cleaner with less effort than a standard manual action toothbrush. I did suffer some sensitivity to start with but this passed after a few days on use. The size and ergonomics of the brush are nice, easy to hold and comfortable. The brush today started turning itself on while on the magnetic wall holder. Clearly a fault, probably water getting into the electrical parts through the button, which I can see has been mentioned in other reviews too. Charge time and battery life seem decent. *update* updated to 4*, customer service is exceptional, a new toothbrush was sent out at no cost. This company genuinely cares and I would recommend. New brush has been working fine for several months now.

This toothbrush is fab! I love the look - it’s so sleek and lightweight, great for travelling with and a really nice touch with the magnetic wall holder. The timing feature is super helpful and the cleaning mechanism in the box is really reassuring to know that my toothbrush head will always be clean.

Decided to buy after seeing adverts and you can tell it’s well made—feels sturdy but not heavy, and the materials are much nicer than typical plastic toothbrush. Feels like something that will last. The best thing is how clean my teeth feel after using it. The vibrating does a great job without being too harsh, which I appreciate since I have pretty sensitive gums. Overall, just a really good toothbrush, definitely worth it if you care about sustainability and having super clean teeth.

Cleans very well after a few weeks and so far I’ve only charged it once. Not very clear where I can buy replacement heads. I don’t see them on Amazon.

I purchased this toothbrush in July 2025, by January 2026, it was malfunctioning. See video, it did this for days and hours, I contacted Suri support and provided the video, they were really nice and seemingly accommodating, said they were “rushing” me a replacement for their faulty product. It’s been over 30 days and it’s still in transit. For the cost compared the quality, I am remorseful of this purchase. Had Suri expedited a replacement to me I might feel a little differently but the manufacturer doesn’t seem to care that their $100 toothbrushes are only good for 6 months. Buy another brand is my humble opinion, I wish I would have!

I’ve owned this toothbrush a year, here are my thoughts. I enjoy: The simplicity and sleek design the most, a good squeaky clean, the two settings are dialed in nicely, a sleek design with semi affordable heads; my Fuchs toothbrushes new were $6 but I bought bulk and it was down to $3 but now less plastic use for a cost, the battery life is nice but when it gets low all the settings get low too; meaning the effectiveness isn’t as strong and I sometimes have to run the cycle twice to get the same full charge clean. The sonic vibes are good for me and hit that sweet spot with the semi medium bristles that do last 2 months or so. My qualms: The delicate paint as it can chip easily, I use a non toxic clear nail polish to fill in the chips. The battery is good but it loses a bunch of cleaning power on its last few weeks before it’s in the red, suri advises to only charge in the red which can take 2-3 months but you can tell when it’s on its last leg of the race. The button, there’s a gap around the button that gets dirty fast and it’s hard to clean, I use old suri brush heads to scrub it clean with some HOCI cleaner but still it’s annoying. The accessories, the uv travel case is nice but only cleans the head, the adhesive magnet could be a little larger and a little stronger as there are times when I grab it, it fumbles and falls and dents or chips the paint. The charging puck is an absolute joke, it can’t be used with the wall magnet, it can’t be used to hold the brush upright and it can connect if the brush is on its side because it will disconnect, I have to use the travel case to charge. Overall for the upfront price, the eco nature, and the simplicity with the high and low settings at a nice value, as well as the semi medium bristles… I give this is a 7+\10 If it was more durable, firmer bristles, with easier to use accessories and easier to clean/ maintain, it would be rated higher. I have bought this for friends because it’s a delight to use. I will continue to use and support this brand/product even with its qualms as I feel confident that it’s a solid enough product especially for the price and eco nature. I have large hands with wisdom teeth. it fits nicely in my hands and reaches all areas of my mouth for my usage, see photos

Great design and functionality. A lot of thought went into designing this and I truly appreciate it. Works great, feels right in the hand while using and is so simple to use—-not full of a bunch of options I’ll never use. Also, the I really like the UV Cleaning and charging case along with the simplicity of the included mounting, charging options and sustainability——-definitely recommend this to others.
