Large, super easy to clean which was amazing. Powerful, cooked/heated food really well and quite evenly. Looks slick is a heavy, sturdy, device. It's easy and clear to use and has a handy childlockFantastic....Until the start button broke 10 months in!I'm in the process of returning the item and I loved it so much I will give it one more go...but if a button goes again I will have to begrudgingly move on to Toshiba or Russell Hobbs or somethingEdit: got it repaired and it's going strong again

I bought this basically to replace my small table top oven that was corroded. I’m sure this will not happen with the Samsung so I have a small oven and grill with the bonus of the microwave. Cooks great in all three modes. Simple to clean too. Very good value for money and I’m very pleased with this purchase.

Best microwave ever, I did get a different one but it was not really for me, I don't think its fair to say which one but this one is excellent, easy to use, good job as instructions don't seem to come with these days.

2nd one we have had, the old one lasted 8 yr of lots of use, i replaced the fan and heater element at 5 or 6 yr old,fan was rumbly, element just did it whilst i was in there..so it did well,considering the use n abuse,,replaced it with this one at 8 yr,due to cracked door ( dont slam doors),squeeky turntable and paint peeling,( do not leave stuff on top of the oven when its on convection,it burns paint off,not just on this make,on all of em ) ...so ,given the use,abuse,and age i just bought the same one...its really simple to use if u have half a brain ,and reliable..

The package arrived well before time and nicely packed. Its not plug and play!The literature with it merely asks one to scan the code on unit that takes one to register the product. I looked through the brochure that gives a link to download instructions for use . Opening the door the instructions are visible at eye levelFirst attempt was able to set the clock, figured out how to use microwave. First attempt to microwave, result was good. Ascetically the unit looks good.I did not realise that its microwave, grill and oven and has combi functions - Microvae + Grill or Oven+Microwave or stand alone functions. TandSamsung prooori chicken came out superb.So far have tried three functions Microwave, cook and heat, combi function oven+Microwave - Frozen pizza was like out of Pizza place. ill try dough proof and home made yoghurt in it. One of functions.So far very satisfied with this Samsung product.

Worked well until it nearly went on fire, thick smoke coming out the back, casing very hot. Lasted 2 and a half years,. Their engineer visited and found faulty connection inside. Got offered 20 % off a new Samsung microwave or I could repair the faulty one at my cost. Would expect more from Samsung. Declined the offer and bought a different brand.
