I was weary to try since high quality vitamins are a struggle to find these days, but these liposomal multivitamins for women are a game changer! You’re getting all the essentials daily vitamins you need for an affordable price! I ended up liking these so much that I added them to my subscribe & save orders. I’m a twenty year old college student and I have seriously noticed my energy levels pick up as I power through my study sessions. I have also noticed my hair improve in length and thickness (thank you biotin!). I could go on and on about these vitamins! I love taking them first thing in the morning with my breakfast:) My only critique is I wish the pills were smaller so that they are easier to quickly swallow (the pills are tasteless by the way). I have taken several different Women’s vitamins over the years. The last was Alive Women’s 50+. They were ok BUT did not seem t give me the energy boost I was looking for, and the extra oomph for my hair/skin/nails.. I found these on Amazon, did my homework on the ingredients, was impressed, and decided to try them. WOW! In addition to my hair/nails/skin looking so much healthier, I feel like I have so much more energy. I swear my hair has grown another inch or more since I started taking them. The capsules are easy to take, with no stomach upset. I have a subscription through Amazon and they come on time so I never have to worry about running out. I don’t see me ever ordering any other daily vitamin….I’m a lifer!

Llevo ya tiempo comprando estas vitaminas para mujer. Estaba buscando otras opciones pues ya al entrar a los 50 años la energía no es la misma y dejándome llevar por las reseñas decidí probarlas y fue una buena decisión. Ayuda mucho con la energía, lo e notado cuando las e dejado de tomar me siento soñolienta, cansada y con muy pocos ánimos. Al volver a usar estas vitaminas es un gran giro pues me siento con energía, se va ese sueño y había notado que el apetito se disminuyó hasta perdí par de libras de peso y mi estado de ánimo mucho mejor . Las recomiendo a las mujeres que pasamos los 50 años donde nuestro cuerpo necesita ayuda y refuerzo.

First vitamins I've managed to make a daily habit long term. I have been taking this vitamin daily since August 2024 and absolutely love it! I usually hate taking vitamins because I can't get past the smell or taste. These capsules have no bad smell, zero taste, and are easy to swallow. I take vitamins at bedtime to prevent stomach upset so I haven't had any tummy issues. I really like that these are liposomal so I know that I'm benefitting from all of the quality ingredients since they are so bio-available in this form. I have definitely noticed an improvement in my overall well-being since I'm actually getting my vitamins in daily. Highly recommend this product!

I did definitely notice a difference in alertness and energy levels, the only downside is that I tend to get sleepy on them after a few hours. Taking them in the late afternoon has helped. I do recommend.

Sorry about the name of this review, I never know what to name them. I switched to this vitamin as my old one was always out of stock. I have been taking this one for a few months now, and I have always received it on time. I’ve had bariatric surgery and this is so much easier to digest, and it never bothers my stomach. It has many of the supplements and vitamins I need, so I save money by buying this one product instead of multiple different ones. I’m really happy that I switched.

This product is a perfect multivitamin for women! I love it and I have more clarity and energy than before I started taking it
