I’m loving the machine. It’s easy to use. It’s light enough to move around but there is a bit of weight to it so I personally wouldn’t travel with it regularly but occasionally would be fine. it’s compact enough for a small space but plenty big enough for standing on doing the 3 different leg widths.I’m still on beginners level but have also found just standing on it for 5 mins, very relaxing and helps relax my lower back.When it arrived, the mat you stand on was loose at one edge but the customer service was very helpful and responded quickly and sorted the problem. They also have a website with lots of info and advice on. I received some emails from the company to help get started on the machine.Good quality and build and excellent customer service.

I haven’t found any problems with this my partner loves it, if you are pushed for space then this is the model to go for it’s plenty big enough very happy with my purchase.It ticks all the boxes Quality, Ease of use, Pain relief, Noise is not a problem, Value for money l have to say yes, the Remote very useful. *****

Comprehensive instructions in the manual and online free exercise programmes, lifetime guarantee, with resistance bands provided.Sturdy well built vibration plateEdit to add, since using this for a while one annoying factor is the power socket where you plug in on the back of the plate is too shallow, one small knock or touch while changing positions an it comes loose, and shuts down it should have been made deeper to securely hold it. Hence the deduction of one star.

The product is very sturdy, arrived well packed and with good instructions. Only received my order on the 12.05.23 and have already spent some time on it, however not enough time yet to realistical comment on any results. So far, I do think that I will really enjoy making great use of this exercise machine. It has a remote control (would have been nice if it came with 2 batteries. Had to take 2 out of my TV remote to set it up). The item has rubber suctions pads at the base so it doesn't move around whilst in use, which is great. It also comes with 4 mini bands which have different intensities. There is an extra lead with an international plug attached should you wish to take it abroad in Europle. The only negative is that I have no idea how the 2 resistance bands are suppose to attach to the 2 short black metal bars under the unit. This baffles me as I thought there was going to be some clips that you clip them on with. I will have to contact the support team. Maybe the solution is right in front of me but I can't see it right now. Just now clear step by step instruction of how to attach them, as they are 2 whole pieces with no ends to feed through the hole in the metal plate if that makes sense? If you purchase this, I don't think you will be disappointed. I have uploaded pictures so you can see the product and it what it comes with. Included in the picture is one of the metal plate with a hole, which you are meant to attach the 2 resistance bands to, as there is one on either side. As I said unsure how to do this, unless I am meant to open up the metal clip on the resistance bands and pull the elasticated rope through so it produces an end. (Not sure if this is clear, but I will get it resolved either way). Anyway, make sure you register your product within the 14 days of purchase to activate your LIFETIME warranty, as is says in the user manual.

Was pretty sceptical and feared it would be another gadget that promised more than it could give. Not so, I've had it for almost two weeks and already my back and legs feel so much better. I'm walking faster and seem to have more control and less sway, even my blood pressure seems to have come down. I'm on the very lowest program and taking it slowly. . Fingers crossed it continues.

Great product, handy to keep under desk to massage feet and legs, easy to pull out to stand on, handy remote to change speed, time and on and off, happy so far.

I am very pleased with this machine. It is a great price and the customer service seems good. I felt good after using it and certainly would recommend it. It is also easy to use. The lead could be a little longer though. The price was reduced by £25 just after I bought it which is unfortunate for me but good for my daughter who was able to buy it at a lower price .

The delivery update says handed to resident.This never happened, I’ve been told I need to wait until 20th to report again. So be careful.They took my money but not got product and it wasn’t cheap! So 0 stars if I could!

I had been hearing about vibration plates for quite awhile.. but more recently had been hearing how they can also help with fibromyalgia, bone density and circulation.To be honest, I have had so much pain and stiffness in recent years- and balance not good- I worried I wouldn’t be able to properly use this- or- that it’s all a load of hogwash!I couldn’t have been more wrong.This machine has totally changed my life. I did start out on low speed and take it slow- but I felt so much better- that I was able to go to a program quickly! And I keep going up from there.Firstly, pain- total body- kept me from sleeping soundly or even falling asleep. It was miserable.Since using my plate every evening, my comfort is increasing, exponentially.I feel stronger physically as well, and can definitely tell my legs are getting toned. My whole body is- really. I do a certain position in manual mode, for my arms, shoulders and torso, as well.My knees have been weak, bending or squatting painful and limited- now I’m using the plate,and doing squats- I can feel the range of motion and strength coming back.My ankle swelling has improved so much!I enjoy my routine, love the invigorating sensations. It’s so easy and I look forward to it every night. I know I will have a better nights sleep, and I do feel more relaxed as I wind down towards bedtime, which might seem unlikely, given I just spoke about it being invigorating! I believe that it does trigger some sort of feel good brain chemistry-And I know the plates work for pain, and definitely help tone and stimulate healing and strength in all muscles and tendons.I did a hike the other day- that was a sustained ascending climb- the whole way- I couldn’t believe I was doing it!If you have been wondering about the LifePro vibration plate… wonder, no longer!Start vibing and GET VIBRANT !

My flexibility and circulation have benefited. My chronic hip and low back pain is reducing and I believe that my chronic upper neck pain is also starting to reduce. Even after only five or six times using the platform, I feel that my abdominal muscles are tightening, my hips are becoming more palpable and my waist more defined, and my calves are visibly shapelier. Because I'm essentially lazy when it comes to exercise (because I'm so very busy doing other things, nearly all of them physically active), I have neglected following an exercise regimen. This machine is making up for that, and I love it for that reason and more. I have recommended it already to several family members, including two with very current knee replacement procedures. I look forward to using it, and though there are some days when I am not able to get anywhere near it, I am trying to form a new habit of setting aside time each day to use it, if only for 15 minutes or so, to shake things up. I am in the process of watching some of the videos, both on the site and on YouTube, to see all the various exercises and positions that can be done with this machine. I can see how something similar had been useful to the Russian cosmonauts dating back decades ago, and I believe that that was the original source of this kind of exercise therapy. Next time I shop, I will be purchasing small weights that I can use while doing a workout with this machine. I've also discovered that it's really quite soothing to just sit on it when I'm feeling tense or stressed out, because it's so relaxing.

I have had this for a couple of years and used it off & on. I have MS & have recently started doing my leg exercises on my mini waver. It makes doing the exercises more enjoyable and less painful. Even just standing on it helps wake up my body to get me going for the day. It also helps with my balance.
