The pill isn’t hard to swallow and does not have any bad after taste. Pomegranate has a ton of health benefits, and the nano technologies used in this are very interesting. I did have improvement with the brain fog I would say, however for me, the price is a huge issue.

If you go searching for Omega 5 supplements, you'll run across a number of them that are composed of "pomegranate extract" or that have linseed oil listed as a component alongside the pomegranate seed oil. This, however, is simply the pure pomegranate seed oil and nothing but the pomegranate seed oil. AND... since the Omega 5's you're looking for are concentrated in the seeds of the pomegranate, this is what you need to get!I"m sure someone, somewhere, is already ready to complain about the cost and yes, it is kind of pricey... but, you're not getting a lot of filler material. You're getting just the pomegranate seed oil itself and why would you want to pay pomegranate seed oil prices for linseed oil filler? You wouldn't. So, this is truly an example of "you get what you pay for".

I find it very difficult to objectively review supplements since they affect everyone differently. The ingredients list appears to be of high quality and the pills are easy to take. I didn't notice any taste, and no ill effects from taking them. Although, I will also note that I didn't see any noticeable positive effects either... I assume results will vary from person to person, but for the current asking price, I was hoping to notice some significant benefits. I suppose they couldn't hurt either way, so that's not necessarily a criticism, I just didn't notice any life-changing benefits. You receive a pack of three bottles, all in very nice packaging, so if you're looking for something like this I'd say it's a decent value... although a little pricey.Overall - not bad, I don't think I'd purchase them again though.

I will have to come back to this review after I've been taking this supplement for at least 30 days. Until then, I can say that I am pleased so far. I've had no adverse stomach pain or bad after taste or smell. These are very easy to swallow and don't get caught in the back of my throat.I really hope that these will be helpful to my overall well being!

I have not seen a nano tech pomegranate seed product previously available, so this is a unique albeit expensive supplement. The potential for improved vascular integrity and mental focus is possible though after a couple of days of use I have yet to notice any changes. The pills are easy enough to swallow. My only reservation about this supplement is the addition of two less than ideal ingredients. It contains polysorbate 80 which received a "C" toxicity grade for developmental and reproductive health on the Enviromental Working Group site. This is definitely not something you will want to use while pregnant or considering pregnancy. The pills also contain sorbitan monocleate, probably not something I would want to sprinkle on my breakfast cereal. I am going to give this product a try for the potential cardiovascular benefits, but I do wish they would improve the extraneous ingredients. Update after a few weeks: I did not notice any significant effect from the supplement and will discard the product due to the polysorbate 80 inclusion. There are better ways to ingest pomegranate seed oil without the risk of toxicity from additives.
