This is padded which was my main concern because I wanted to to carry my laptop. I am so glad everything fits inside nice neat and organized making it quick for me to set up and break down my work space. For reference my laptop is a Microsoft surface pro 3 and it is docked on a keyboard just as thick as it is. I am carrying the charging plug with the long and short plugs. My slim mouse. My extra keyboard. My large mouse pad. ( folded in half ) My smart pens and a spare battery for my pens. That being said I would still be able to comfortably fit a notepad or file in here and I haven't used the outer pockets at all.

Have to agree with other reviews: it is well made and has many pockets, but it is not wide enough to accommodate a spiral notebook or even a small paper folder. You will have to put loose pages only or smaller notebooks in the pockets. It also is not very thick either, so if you plan to use pockets for a small calculator or a iPad as shown, you need to plan on not much else fitting in the opposite side if you want to zip it closed.

This portfolio seems to be very sturdy. I like the material as it feels good to the touch and is somewhat water repellant. The zippers seem strong and sturdy, and even though it is a small size it really does hold a lot. I am able to carry a few papers, a notebook, a small tablet and power cord, business cards, sticky notes, a sketchbook, some art pencils and other supplies in it. I feel organized and ready to take on the day. It is particularly helpful as I often need to work away from the office and I need to have some supplies with me in order to be efficient.

This product is okay... I normally try to give only positive reviews. However, this doc bag’s interior yellow is not my favorite choice. The back pouches do have difficulty keeping medium sized note books in place. Also, the doc bag is not for a business professional setting and must be placed flat on a table before attempting to open. Even the slightest angle will send your notes flying! Sorry guys ☹️

Bought two of these for my daughter and her friend to maintain pen-pals. Filled it with cards, stickers, pens, paper, etc. I love that we can sip it all up and she can take on the go with her for the car or to sit down and write snail mail to friends and family.

I should have done this years ago. Now all my important papers and software installation discs are in one handy place that would be easy to grab in an emergency. There are more than enough pockets and other ways to organize things, it's nice and deep, the zipper keeps it all secure, the handle makes it easy to grab, and the neon green makes it easy to find. I am really happy with it.

Amazing file/bag/sorter. Keeps all of my things together for work and life. Is also great for holding an iPad.

Really enjoy this carrying case! I am someone who is always on the go and the compartments really help you utilize space for extra belongings. Not only can I keep my laptop in the case but also pens and note pads have found refuge in here. I absolutely love the color and would purchase Fisk again.
