This knife is absolutely incredible! The minute I opened the beautiful box it comes in, I chopped up a yellow pepper and I screamed in delight. It’s a strong and sturdy knife and has weight but when you cut the veggies it’s so light like air and it chops perfectly and finely. It’s magical! I’m so excited because I’ve been chopping away since I received it. Before, I disliked chopping because my knives were bad and hurt my hands. This is the greatest knife you can own for your veggies and more! A Fantastic buy and a Fantastic knife!

well constructed, easy to handle, superb sharpness

This knife is amazing!! I juice so I cut a lot of fibrous vegetables like beets as well as ginger and used to get blisters on my fingers. I used ti get blisters on my fingers because the knives I had could not handle the job of cutting through these vegetables but with this knife it just cut right through them with little to no effort. It has cut my prep time for the juicer in half and thankfully no more blisters. I highly recommend this knife.

This bad boy is sharp. When swung around is light in weight and comfortable. Four stars because it hasn't gone through its pieces but I'm sure it will function well as a zombie killer.

Knife cuts like advertised. Will cut through just about anything. Was well worth the price. Just be careful as the blade is razor sharp.

But i don't like how sometimes the food sticks out often to the knife during cutting, i've rarely had this issue with other cheapr knives so i am not sure this justify the asking price
