Beautiful top!
I’m 5’2” and 107lbs, 34 A bust, waist is 26.5”. I ordered the size 4 that Amazon recommended. It fit, but it was just a tad bit bigger than I’d like for my style - slightly loose in the back and I prefer a more flushed look against my back. The sleeve length is perfect though. I ordered the size 2 and it should be arriving today so I can leave a review for the size 2 or update this review. So far, I do really love this top! I’m going to use it for a steampunk scientist costume. The material of the entire top is lightweight and sheer/slightly see through (which I actually really love!) so I do need a camisol/ tank top underneath. Unless you have a bra that doesn’t show through it or you don’t mind if it does show through, I think it will still look fantastic! It still looks really nice even with seeing the tank top through it. Also, for this button up style, I found that if you leave some of the buttons at the top undone you can fold out the collar area just fine to have the upper chest part uncovered, like a v neck top. I liked this option instead of the actual collared top of this style that’s offered, as the button up style has a more soft look and the collar area still stays flush with the top when folded out. I decided to do this instead of buttoning it all the way up because I found a really neat steampunk style light up orb necklace that I would like featured, and for a more relaxed feel. If you decide to look up the necklace I mentioned and really like the look and idea of it, you’re welcome. 🤪 The buttons on this are also very beautiful, and it comes with an extra button as well in case you ever lose one. The fabric quality is really good in my opinion and well made overall.

Buy it
This shirt is awesome. I ordered it for a Mary Poppins costume but I’ll be wearing it a lot. It fits me like it was tailored, which is crazy since it’s a random Amazon find. The fabric feels nice on my skin. It has just enough stretch that you can move your arms freely without it feeling tight across the bust, back, or arms themselves. The pretty pearl buttons are a plus. The shirt was shipped folded up in a small bag but all I see are a few creases along the lower arms so I’d say there’s no need to worry about wrinkles. The biggest part that blows my mind is the fabric is sheer, giving you that lacy Edwardian period feel, but apparently it’s not see through. I opened this package after I’d already put on my lounge-around clothes and was not intending on taking a picture so I didn’t bother to put a bra back on. I have an olive complexion, so on the darker side up there (sometimes you need TMI on a product review). As you can see from my picture it is not obvious that I’m free winging it. Okay so ignore my shape because that does make it obvious, but that’s got nothing to do with the shirt. I’m over 50 and breastfed my children. That being said, I can tell that I will have no issues when I do have the girls in place. I hate it when a shirt gaps between buttons and I have to wear a tank or camisole underneath. I live it South Alabama for Pete’s sake where it’s generally 115 degrees with 102% humidity. That’s a big no thank you to layering. For reference I’m 5 ft 6 and weigh 155 lbs. On the regular I wear a 34D, size 8 pant & medium shirt. I ordered the size 12 and it’s perfect I’m about to buy the black collared one as well.

Use the size guide, it’s accurate
I’m 5’5”, 125 lbs, with a 34C bust and 27” waist. The size 4 fits me well with no gaping at the buttons. I gave it four stars for fabric quality, it’s nice, though not quite five-star Brooks Brothers quality (you’re also not paying Brooks Brothers cost). That said, I’m wearing a thin sweater underneath and you can hardly tell from the photos. I love the high neckline and overall style, and I’m very happy with this blouse.

Costume or Everyday Wear, This One's a Winner!
This shirt is well-made, and looks really nice! I bought for my witch costume, but this could easily be used as a work blouse. The cut is flattering and the buttons have a nice feel and quality to them.

Beautiful top
Beautiful top that fit perfectly, I’m 5’ 4” and 155 pounds, broader in the shoulders. The sleeves are a perfect length too. I love the cute button details too

Runs small
Ordered a size 10 (label says 2XL) - even though Amazon said based on my measurements I should order a size 8. I saw this on an influencers page. Not something I normally would order, but the influencer styled it with so many things, I took a chance. Its very pretty, not scratchy and the fabric feels silky. Runs small though. I had to return, because it was too small. Could JUST button it and the sleeves were short, there is no stretch. Length is good, and could be tucked in. Took a month to receive, so I'm not sure I will order a larger size. Super odd thing, my package was returned - I even used their printed label - it said it was undeliverable. I did receive my refund, and I ended up donating the blouse.

Nice blouse
A very nice blouse. I read the reviews before purchasing. I ordered the recommended one size up which was a 4. I am generally a size 4 in most things but in blouses sometimes a size 2 is a better fit. I could have worn the 4 but decided to order the 2. When I tried it on it was definitely better fit. I returned the 4. So if you’re not sure order the size you normally would wear and another size up. Then return the one that doesn’t fit. It seems a whole lot less trouble than trying one, return it, then get the other one and it doesn’t fit, return it and so you have to turn around and buy the first size again.

Unpleasant fabric and runs small
Runs very small. Fabric is very unpleasant nylon. Style is very uncomfortable, the shirt is not long enough to be comfortable tucked into a skirt/pants.

Très belle chemise très chic! La grandeur est bonne. Je pense en commander une autre d'une autre couleur!

This blouse was absolutely perfect and just what I needed for a Victorian style costume. Make sure to follow the size guide provided. Beautiful detail and very well made. Just note that it is chiffon and needs extra gentle care when washing and ironing. Handwash in cold water and very low heat or steam. Thank you!

Pretty good for the price. Sleeves are a bit short for taller (5'8") person, but looks good pushed up the forearm.

It’s lightweight, has stretch which is great if wearing under a suit jacket or a sweater. True to size.

Great stretchy and washable fabric. Not ideal for fuller figured women. Despite attempts to tape between the buttons, it still stretched too readily over the chest. I should have known better than to buy a button up, but it was so cute I found it hard to resist.
