Nice product
Works well for extending usb and HDMI inputs in aftermarket car radios. I installed mine in the center console for ease of access. If the cables were 6 ft it would be better for cable routing options.

Works with pi5
Used this for a pi5 project. Connections are secure. Passthrough of signal and power worked as expected. Would have liked a shorter cord for the project but made it work.

Great Connectivity Solution!
This was one of only two in-dash extension cables I could find with USB-C 3.1 and the only one with a micro-HDMI connector too. It fit perfectly in the existing cigarette hole in my 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited dash. The installed look is clean and professional looking and provides connections to the rear of my new Sony XAV-AX8500 stereo. It allows for fast firmware updates, rapid charging, USB music, and Android Auto/CarPlay passthrough. Awesome!

I used this in my Lincoln town car with a Sony xav-ax6000 and it's working perfectly 👌🏾

Makes a Clean Installation
Just what I needed to connect to my new car radio. I took my cigarette lighter connection out. Put this in its place and it looks like it was an original part of the car. I can use the HDMI connection to transfer video to my radio head unit and watch things on a screen that’s bigger than my phone. Plus I can also use the usb-c to transfer music and/or charge my phone.

Great addition to my new stereo install
This really works well for my jeep Wrangler with a new Media center/radio easily replaced one of my lighter sockets and gives me the ability to watch a movie while I’m out camping.

Did not work for me
Might have received a defective one or maybe it was an issue with my head unit, but I tried plugging this into a Sony XAV8500 and it did not work. Neat idea though. 3 stars rather than lower because I didn't try a second one and did not try the cable on any other units to troubleshoot.
