Very nice quality!
Have been using this vest for about a week now and I love it so far. Very comfortable shoulder straps and a lot of pockets. Very nicely made, feels like it will hold up for a long time. Feels very lightweight and breathable.

I love it already. Best value and best design at this price point. Harness compatible.
As a 5'2" electrician, I've spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars on various tool bags, pouches, aprons, vests, and accessories to see what fits someone as small and short as me. A few months before seeing this, I spent two hundred to import leg pouches from Germany, but those were also too big on me and tools kept tipping out. I like tools vests over pouches because they have a slimmer design and you don't have two bags bulging out 6" on either side of one's hips. As a electrician, I have to climb up in and across a lot of tight spaces and I can't have bags catching on every corner or my tools falling out. Another reason I prefer a vest over tool belt is because the weight is on my shoulders instead of my hips. This one has decent padding on the shoulders so far and the open back design allows for ventilation, which is necessary so your back won't get sweaty. There are ample pockets in this vest and zippera on each side where you can store bits. The pockets are deep enough for 12" long channel locks and there are additional stretchy straps above the pockets to keep tools from tipping out. And in addition to the straps and the flat ends of the pockets, tools won't as easily fall down and need to be dug out. Longer tools actually feel secure in this vest and I can bend down and over without something falling out. I love that this comes with thicker straps near the bottom where the nail pouch and hook holster can attach to. This vest is mostly perfect except that the holster and pouch easily slip off. If there was a Velcro or buttoned closure, I'm sure they'd be more secure. I've had pliers and screwdrivers bore a hole through the bottoms of pockets of previous vests, and it's a bummer. And as a smaller woman, a lot of tool bags and other vests are just way too oversized. This one fits pretty darn well. This vest does a lot of things right and I just hope that it's durable and lasts at least two years. At around $90 it's a great buy. April 2024 update: I had to work in a lift and was very pleased that this vest was compatible with wearing a harness and was slim enough that I had room to move around in lifts without getting stuck.

Quality product
I'm a millwright and carry a lot of tools on me and they actually stay in place. I've worn a few other tool vests. This one is by far the best. Worth every penny.

Comfort with utility
This vest had no reviews but it is worthy of at least one. I am 6'2 medium build and it fits me well with room to spare. The buckles are unnecessary, wearing it open let's you bend down and crawl around without tools falling out. It's worth it for this alone and the fact that I can wear it all day comfortably in 80° weather. The open back and thick shoulder straps make it pretty kush. I have issues with some of the design.. biggest con is the hammer loops are worthless, too small. It's a shame because..how could they mess that up it's so simple. You can shove a framing hammer through the elastic loop in the buckles but you won't be happy with it. The deep pockets ride too high for me, its awkward to reach into them. I wish the accessory drill holder and pouch could lock in somehow. Cheap but they work. Pencil holder, tape measure slots, screwdriver pouches are all ergonomic. You can get a linesman, strippers, and screwdrivers on each side. The deep pouches are perfect for cobras and monkey wrenches, long screwdrivers etc. Beneath the deep pouches are open slots that you can put in a drill or driver, 6" square, or caulking gun. The material seems durable with the weak points being some elastic here and there. Could be more adjustable but you'll probably wear it unbuckled. This vest would be best for a trades person or specialist who needs some hand tools and maybe a drill/driver on them in finished/tight spaces and can make do with limited pouches for material. Four stars because of some design elements, mainly the hammer loops.

Great work vest for low voltage tech work
For in the field low voltage work every tool I need is accessible and distributes the weight really well. It also is light and fits into my pelican air with my tools keeping my weight under 50lbs for air travel. The only issue is it’s one size fits all and it is almost too big for me.

Not the most comfortable
Nice and light weight, but i dont like the way it fits on me. Maybe it will break in and fit better over time. Way over priced. Would not buy again unless the price was more reasonable

Level Up Your Work Game
Full-time electrician. I put off the tool vest for a long time, but it's worth the purchase. The only problem is the Large size I ordered is a little big. It fits over my sweatshirt and hi-viz vest, easily. I might need a smaller size for the hotter months. I'm 6'0", 155 lbs., skinny. Make sure you order the right size or else the weight will be on the shoulder straps, not on the chest strap. Otherwise, this is a great way to take the weight off your hips and have your tools ready and accessible. Also, the clip-on pouch keeps falling off. The clip is not very strong. Drill holder clip is borderline useless for holding my Makita impact driver.

no hammer ring
The vest had all kinds of usless little pockets. It had a small inadequate nail bag and no hammer ring. Looking back at the Amaxon ad, the hammer ring was an add on at $9.99 extra. A carpenter;s vest without a place to hang a hammer? Stupid!

It was the best after trying all but for me as a person who works in all awkward positions and needs to move a lot didn’t work. It’s the best for people who want to stand and walk a lot

My husband loves it. He has tried the tool belts but they are not as comfortable as this is.

This thing's awesome. It definitely works well. Takes the weight off my hips as I can't wear a tool belt anymore. Highly recommend.

Im a joiner and this is great for everything you need day to day, lightweight and definitely not as warm and uncomfortable as new age nail bags, slight bit of rubbing irritating the neckline but nothing that's unbearable. Best purchase ive made for a long time 👍

The vest will put a lot of weight on your shoulders obviously which makes overhead work a little more strenuous. The pockets are deep and plentiful enough to comfortably fit lots of my tools that I wouldn't normally bother to carry with me (im an electrician). I liked the little pouch for little bits of garbage because we are good at cleaning up as a trade. But I lost it sadly (prayers) The layout of pockets is convenient and thoughtful and has made work easier, especially in tight spaces and ladders. If I don't overload it it's very comfortable on my shoulders and easy to take off if I need. The tools never fall out whether I'm bending over to grab something like a broom off the floor or working on my knees. Hammer holders are a joke. The zip up pockets on either side are great for marrets, tape, antishorts, or cleaning garbage, but aren't very thick so nothing too bulky or else it sticks into your side. Some of the stitches coming loose but nothing is breaking really. Just disappointing that some of the stitches are very great. The drill holder is weird and I don't use it, but I can hang things off it like a broom for cleaning up after I work. Overall very happy to have a tool vest, very convenient layout and comfortable for work and cleaning up my work (im an electrician) just consider that it might cut circulation to your arms just a weeny bit slight ish in certain positions but thats not important.
