How do you install this please as no instructions in the box

1. Bend the three legs down. 2. Thread the strap through the three legs. 3. Adjust the strap for the clamp to hold it in place.

Yes, it will fit round a pipe with 4 inches diameter to just over 5 inches and is adjustable.

Is it suitable for outside chiminia also does it include the pipe

I would assume that it would fit a chiminia as it has an adjustable collar to fit different sizes of pipe. We bought ours to fit on the top of our hot tub wood burner flue. Living in NE Scotland and exposed to high winds it has been really sturdy and never blown off or worked lose. If I remember, it was well priced and delivery was quick.
