HEEPOR Pull Down Shelf Upper Kitchen Wall Cabinet Storage Organizer (21inch Cabinet)

Wife approved, a little difficult to install by yourself.

The upside is that it’s pretty well built. That’s the only good thing I have to say about it. The description clearly states that it’s adjustable for width. It’s not and the tray in the is only 10 inches wide. This means I lose 8 inches of cabinet space. Basically I get to use 55% of the cabinet width. The photos they used for this exact product are NOT of this exact product but a larger one. Oh yes, the installation video did not come when scanned with the Amazon app. I’m returning and warning everyone not to waste their money for this extremely expensive product.

It works great, but just know you loose alot of space so it can fit in the cabinet.

These work very well for those needing easier access in their upper cabinets. Be aware: These are designed for cabinets with no face-frames, but can be installed in cabinets with face-frames if you are careful about measuring the size of the opening in the cabinet- many face-framed cabinets cannot accept them; These pull down units do take up space inside the cabinet and is a compromise- reduced storage capacity for increased access and organization; There are no assembly instructions included and assembly is not intuitive- there is a QR code that accesses a quick paced instructional video that you'll need to view several times-- no smart phone? no instructions. All in all they work well and my clients are very happy with them when installed for remedying accessibility issues in their kitchens.

It’s design for 19in cabinet, NOT for 21in. To start- the tray size is 12”Wx9.5”D. Together with the pulldown mechanism on both sides, the width of the product is approximately 17” (19in cabinet typical has internal width of 17.5” which is fine, and you would expected to loose shelving space with this product in exchange of the pull down function). However, I selected the 21inch option and it’s basically the same product, with an addition top bracket to extend the mounting to the internal width of 19.5”. They did not provide a wider tray even the internal cabinet width increase by 2 inch. So you only get the same shelving space of the 19in product. A very poor product listing and specifications so beware.

The product seems like it is of good quality, but the shelves are too small to be usable. The stated interior depth is 9 1/4 inches, about what you would expect for an 11-inch depth cabinet; I knew I was going to lose some room for the mechanism. But what the seller doesn't include is that the shelves are nearly square, so in your 18 to 21-inch wide cabinet, you lose HALF the space. Too small, it is going back. Note the pictures on the listing are not of this size shelf, the shelves pictured are much wider and not nearly square.

The concept is wonderful but the finished product is bad. It takes up the room it was supposed to save and what room there is isn't enough for dishes. Some small cups fit but that isn't enough. For the high price I expected much more.
