Highly Recommend!
These antibacterial wipes come individually packaged, with 10 individual wipes/packets in a box. The individual packets are quite small, about one square inch, and are in strips of three, so you need to separate them at the perforated line. When you open them up, the wipe is folded up so you need to unfold it to the true 5" by 7" size, but I think it's convenient that way since it makes it smaller to store or carry versus having it already unfolded and in a 5" by 7" packet. The wipes are just the right amount moist enough to do the job, not dry at all, but they aren't dripping or soaking wet. I did notice a semi-strong smell of menthol & alcohol when I opened the wipe though. Not enough that you'd be able to smell it from the other room or anything, but strong enough for me to notice and be surprised by how much it smelled. It seems to go away quickly though. It's sort of a cleaning product-type smell. As for the texture of the liquid on the wipe, it is a little cool to the touch and a little oily as well. Also, I did feel a "tingle" to a numb feeling on my shin as it was drying. I carry a few of these in my hiking First Aid Kit. It's rare that I need so much as even a bandaid, even on the longest and most strenuous of hikes. I was on what's considered a moderate, short mountain about 20 minutes from my house. It's been raining a lot lately, so the rocky, steep part of the mountain was wet. As I was descending, I slipped on a large wet rock and slammed the back of my calf on the ground. I got up, not thinking much about it until I felt the stinging sensation on the back of my left calf. I discovered a large scrape that started bleeding pretty heavily after a minute. I immediately dug into my kit and pulled these wipes out to clean the wound. They worked great, and I was glad to have them in my pack. They are moist, heavy duty and large enough to do the job. I came home and immediately refilled my hiking IFAK with three of these. I'll likely end up stashing a few in the car and in my home gym as well. They're convenient and good to have around just in case.

Really works
Have had a lifelong reaction with mosquito and insect bites which become infected to the point of oral antibiotics. Living in FL I spend a lot of time outside gardening etc. Recently I removed some old wooden landscape borders not realizing they were full of red ants until my hands and arms started burning. After showering with antibacterial soap I sprayed on Dermoplast several times a day for several days. It was the easiest and fastest recovery I had from red ants bites IEver had. Same for mosquito bites.

Perfect for sensitive skin
Overall, I recommend the Dermoplast Kids Sting-Free First Aid Spray as a strong addition to a home or travel first aid kit for families with young children. The fast relief + antiseptic combo + kid-friendly application are real pluses. If I were picking one caveat: just be sure you use it in conjunction with proper first aid steps (clean wound, keep it covered if needed, monitor for infection) rather than treating it as a “magic spray” that alone will handle everything.

Very good first aid wipe
These are worth having around the house and in the first aid kit. They are a good size, highly portable, and work very well for cleaning up minor wounds. As far as cost, the product hugs the edge of the cost benefit ratio. We have re-ordered this item several times; but you may want to keep in mind, you don't want the kids to have too easy of access to them. The wipes are small and usually one wipe will do the job. Younger persons sometimes need some time to overcome work at overcoming, "the more is better" paradigm.

Convenient and Easy to Use
I keep this Dermoplast first aid spray in my kit for everyday situations, and it’s been very straightforward to use. The spray application is convenient, especially when you don’t want to touch the area directly, and it goes on evenly without making a mess. It’s easy to control how much you apply, which I appreciate. From my experience, it’s been helpful to have on hand and does what it’s meant to do without any complications. The can is a good size and simple to store, making it practical for regular use. Overall, it works as intended and has been a reliable addition to my basic first aid supplies.
