Decent replacement, but no space for wire storage
This is a great replacement steaming light, except expensive and over priced for such a cheap plastic light housing. I have 2 problems, first the back has NO space for the wires causing the wires to be pinched between the metal mast and light housing, this is dangerous and can eventually cause a short circuit making the wire melt farther down possibly starting a fire inside the boat cabin. Second problem, the steaming light worked for a few hours then died, and yes the polarity was correct. Now I'm troubled with trying to find out what type of replacement bulb is required as there is NO mention of either bulb types anywhere. Does anyone know what type of bulb the steaming light is?

not complete in my opinion
It is advertised as led lights. The flood light is an led but the steaming light didn't work at all. After closer examination, I discovered that there was no bulb in the steaming light portion and I have yet to locate an led bulb that will fit that meets coast guard requirements of brightness.

It lasted until it rained.
Anyone that has ever climbed a mass knows that putting up one of these lights is not easy.. I spend a lot of effort getting this thing installed and it worked. And I was happy. And then it rained. And the next night I stayed out on the hook And guess what. The light didn't work. I had to deploy some LED lanterns I have as an anchor light. So the next morning I had to climb up and take it down. After I looked at the unit it had to be the bulb because it's just straight wired to a bulb fitting. Either way I'm returning it.

Wonderful LED light
Great product, however, it could use more space in the back to store the wiring.
