My dog used to throw up water
My dog had this habit of gulping water and then throwing it up. This product really works well to slow her down. My only complaint is the plastic material which needs cleaned regularly to avoid mineral buildup and bacteria.

No spills.
Our old Lab makes a huge mess when drinking out of her regular bowl. This bowl has almost eliminated the spills despite her best efforts.

I love it and it fits raised stands
I bought this bowl as a replacement for the bowl that came with the raised stan. My dog loves it, and I love it. It's easy to clean too. You do have to work a little to get the floating contraption apart, but other than that, it is easy to clean and assemble.

Stops dog from drinking too fast!
My dog isn't a huge fan of it because it makes him slow way down, but he has a habit of drinking too much too fast and throws up right after drinking from a normal bowl. He hasn't done that with this bowl at all! Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because my dog doesn't like that I'm making him drink from it.

RV Dog's and Owners new best friend!
Great for use in RV! No more spills and the floating system keeps the water clean. We have the fear the beard schnauzer so this is always an issue!

Would not recommend
The center float piece collects water and if you don't take it apart on a regular basis it can grow mold and make your pets sick. It is EXTREMELY hard to take apart, as is the bowl itself. To unsnap the top trim piece that is holding the bowl together, takes a lot of force and a pry tool. This is the only way to empty all of the dirty water. Unsure why they did not make the float piece a solid piece and perhaps they should go with some sort of screw attachment for the top trim piece.. This just didn't work for the puppy, nor did it help with his sopping wet beard.

Hard to take apart
Really hard to get the middle piece out of the bowl and take it apart to clean itAlso, once you get it back together, it’s hard to get the middle piece back into the bowl, but you really have to shove itI made sure I measured so it fit my feet are perfect
