Recommend as a toy not as a walker
I think this is perfect for any baby between 9-14 months. I got this for my niece when she was first starting to stand/walk and play by herself and she loved it. Specially the abc song and the 10 balloon count song but now that she is 15 months about to be 16 months she doesn’t use it as much and is more interested in exploring other stuff. Also, this is not sturdy enough to actually help a baby learn how to walk. It’s pretty flimsy and you will need adult supervision for it.
