Pretty damn good. Got this along with another "award winning" rub and tried it on two different tri tips. This one came out SOO much better. My new go to! ! I tend to brine, then dust with garlic powder before adding the final rub. Cooked in my traeger and reversed seared with some sage, rosemary butter, and sweet god almighty, it was THE best tri tip i have ever cooked.
