Good sound, but has very annoying drawbacks
Sound is good, has Virtual surround sound options and such. Connectivity is good i have it connected to my bluetooth. The major problem though after months of use that makes me want to return it but its too late, is you will always, constantly be turning this stupid speaker back on. After couple mins or so it will shut it self off if theres no sound, so I have to reconnected it back on bluetooth. I do this about 10 times a day Not even exaggerating, I'm constantly pushing the bluetooth button on the soundbar or on my remote. It is annoying as f**. I use mainly bluetooth so not sure if it'll auto shut off on other connections.also if there is no sound for couple min, and something comes through it, it will slowly ramp up the volume over a second or two. I guess they do this so you won't get shock by some sound coming out of nowhere but if you have this connected to like a pc, and your comp will play a quick alert sound, you may not even hear it.also there is noticeable lag on bluetooth, maybe half a second or so. You get used to it but it is there.I can't complain about the sound quality, it is good but that major drawback of it shutting itself off, and I'm constantly reconnecting it throughout the day is a deal killer. Cannot recommend.**Update:so its been a good 6months of using this, I found out that you can turn off the auto off feature so I don't have to deal with the issue of it turning itself off every 5min. The only annoying thing is if you are using this with a PC when the computer makes a quick alert sound or a beep you won't hear it. When the speaker get some sound it will slowly ramp up the volume, i guess they do that so you won't get startled. But this will basically 'mute' any quick alerts or beeps on your pc.

I'm happy enough
With the prices and all the electronics, I do have a high standard and this didn't quite meet that standard. But it is good enough. I mainly bought it to help hear the dialogue over the music as at least one mentioned it was good at doing that. It is only okay at that, that little bit is appreciated though.Taking the bass down, setting it up for dialogue, there's still a lot of bass in this sound bar. Even with the bass down as far as I could get it to go.The vizio tv I have doesn't really have an eq on it or the ability to turn down the bass any further, but that is on the brand for having little way to turn some of this bass down. And don't get me wrong. when it comes to music I'm a total bass case... thumping bass is a good thing. But I don't use my tv for the music. For the price, for the ability to actually get the treble up and hear the dialogue a bit better, I'd recommend. But if you want it to do more than just a little bit, then this might not be for you.If I had to do it over again, not sure I'd buy it a second time. Then again... I know it is the movie and tv shows issue having music up louder than the actors speaking is a major issue.

It's alright. Good for the price I guess
It's not the best quality, but it's better than a normal tv speaker. It's a little confusing to adjust stuff like treble, bass, etc. If things are covering the sensor (like if you have decorations or something on a tv stand and that's where the speaker is) it will not register, you have to go up to it to use the remote. Also, I wish there was a proper light indicator to show when you turn it on and off, or if there was like a sound it made when you turn it on, cause I can never tell when it's on until I put something to watch and either hear sound or don't.

Good sound bar
The sound is great for my living room size and music is even better. The thing I liked most about this sound bar is the subwoofer output. Most sound bars come with a 6.5” subwoofer, which doesn’t put out hardly any low bass tone. The subwoofer output allows you to add any powered subwoofer, and I paired mine with a 10”, which completely fills the room with the missing low bass tone. The only frustrating thing about this sound bar is there isn’t any indication of what the subwoofer output connection is. I assumed it was a 3.5 mm jack like one of the input options, however, it is a single RCA connection. I fixed this by using an adapter piece to plug a 3.5 mm jack into one end and the other is a male RCA for the sound bar connection.

The 36" sound bar has terrific sound for the price
The good: As stated above, the 36" sound bar has great sound, especially for the price. I run my TV through the included optical cable and my music through the bluetooth attached to my computer.I'm no audiophile but I was very impressed at the difference in quality, compared to the TV speakers. The not so good: For me, the power saver feature kicks in way too soon. I think you get about 5 minutes before the sound bar turns off.The remote control requires you to toggle through inputs that aren't in use, making toggling back and forth a bit tedious. This is a pretty minor beef, in all honesty.Overall: Aside from the power saver kicking in a little too early for my tastes, this is a real bargain. I highly recommend it.
