Very good product. Was a little disappointed with product opening during shipping. But you do say that it could. I've made some bread, biscuits, and cheese it crackers. All turned out very tasty.

Looking forward to learning to bake with this kind of flour! I'm just starting out learning how to bake with fresh milled flour and this was the most affordable option for good quality grains. I didn't realize until after purchasing it that it is supposed to be an heirloom variety known for really great, soft bread.

Works well for me baking bread. I like the flavor of white wheat. I also very much like no weird chemicals like glyphosate

This is clean, dry, apparently fresh, with few broken berries. The price is much higher than you could get by driving your truck to one of the wheat producing states, but you have to figure the shipping cost into the equation.
