Great tool at a even better price 👍👍👍👍
Milwaukee is my go to for cordless tools. I have 2 of these and the weight , short length for tight areas is one of the best features. This tool is used the majority of my work day for removing AC unit panels and driving sheet metal screws. A++++

Impressive performance
I use this tool for work and so far I’ve been extremely impressed with the performance. Most of the work involves using self tapping screws for fastening to metal surfaces so having the right tool for the job makes the task much less tiring and time consuming. I bought the 2453 before this and while it’s great, it would struggle with difficult tasks like driving a self tapper into thicker metal or a 5” deck screw into wood. This thing is in another league than the 2453 power-wise and it’s kicked ass on everything I’ve thrown at it so far. The self tapping screw setting is great for getting it started but it will usually not have enough torque to completely drive it in so my procedure is to get it about half way, then switch to “3” which has more than enough power. I use it with the XC 4.0 battery so I’m not sure how much that boosts performance but like I’ve said it’s handled everything from self-tappers to deck screws, 9/16 bolts, and even drilling into solid concrete with a carbide drill bit (which got it pretty hot but it never stopped or slowed down). My team uses Milwaukee, DeWalt, Ryobi and Rigid tools and we’ve all been impressed by this little guy. It’s every bit as powerful as our older 18v Milwaukee (non-brushless) driver which is pretty neat. Despite being small this is a pretty hefty little tool which might be the only downside. Sure it’s light and compact but the DeWalt is definitely lighter. Still it’s no big deal considering the additional power and the ergonomics are really nice with the prominent palm swell on the grip. This is for the tool only, no fancy box or accessories. Normally this is sold in a set so finding one by itself at your local Home Depot probably isn’t going to happen. Besides the price is fair and mine arrived in perfect condition.

Awesome impact! Great size to power ratio!
Really liking this impact so far. I'm an HVAC tech and work on mostly commercial equipment. This impacts size to power ratio is excellent! I can throw it in my tool bag and have it with me all the time. I was unable to fit the M18 inside my bag and would regularly leave it in my truck to minimize weight in my bag. It has just about the same power as my older M18, the battery last long (using the M12 2.0) and overall it feels like a quality tool. The 4 modes are awesome! A lot of the time I find myself leaving it on 2 because 3 has so much power but it's nice to have the extra torque when you need it. Can't speak to durability since I just got it but it feels pretty tough. If your looking for a smaller lighter impact this is a total win!Update 11/1/19: Impact is still going strong, I've dropped and abused the thing and it just keeps trucking along. Best impact I've owned. PeriodUpdate 2/26/21: This thing just won't quit! It has been banged up, dropped, in the rain and it still works just as good as the day I got it

Great impact that fits in your tool pouch.
I purchased this unit as a smaller lighter more maneuverable unit to supplement my bigger 18v and 20v units. When it arrived I was very impressed to find that yes this unit is small, light (fits in electricians belt pouch), and yet almost as powerful as my 20v DeWalt. It does a great job of sinking 3 inch deck screws, self drillers in sheet metal, impact use for assembly/disassembly. This unit has great torque and excellent battery life, would it be my first choice if I'm shooting 3½inch screws in a deck all day long? Not necessarily, but it could do the job, you would be changing batteries frequently, but I'm sure it would hold it's own. A couple small things I don't like as much, only 1 single LED for the work light built in, the LED is quite bright, but there is only one and it can be blocked in small spaces, I looked the ring of 3 LEDs on some competing units better. Also the handle shape too some getting used to, I'm sure there's size and shape is dictated by battery placement and size, I did get used to it but I still wish it was a little less cumbersome through the handle. Torque is easy to adjust with a couple of button presses you have great control over how hard this hits so you can confidently sink wood screws in 2x4's or seat self drilling screws with out overtightening.

Powerful little impact...
Most of my cordless tools are Makita 18V, but I have been collecting M12 tools because they are smaller and compact. Also so I can fill in the gaps. This impact has been on my wishlist for a while and finally decided to buy it. Happy I did. I picked this one because it is brushless and I wanted the different torque settings. This is one tough little impact. Better than I thought it would be. Drives 2-1/2" deck screws through 2X4's easily and quickly. Used it most of the day yesterday and it did everything I needed and more. Used a small battery and it gave me plenty of juice. If I were to give a very detailed review, there is one small thing I noticed... while it is not uncomfortable, this tool does not feel as "nice"in my hand as my Makita's. I think it is because the grip area is a little bigger (has to be for the battery) and the grips are not as soft and rubbery as my Makita's. Not a big deal, just trying to be as detailed as possible.Overall, happy I picked it up and I know I will be using it alot.
