I think this is a really handy cookbook stand. It is good for holding a book, single page or an iPad to be easily read and out of the way. And it stores away easily with other cutting boards or can be hung up. I really like it. It would make a great gift for any home cook.

Beautiful but not functional. The stand does not lean back enough or have enough counter weight to it. When you place a book on it the stand leans forward and upright so the book falls out. It should remain leaning backwards for ease of reading.

I bought it to hold my recipes, but my daughter loves to put the iPad on the recipe shelf so she can play Peppa Pig while eating.

The cookbook my daughter picked out for her mom for a Christmas gift doesn’t fit in the stand. Disappointing Christmas gift.

It is a nice recipe stand, but I am not sure it is a good cutting board. The stand part does not fold in or anything with the main board, so you need to remove it in order to use the board. With that, it has the opening on the bottom where the stand slides in. I am not a fan of a cutting board with an opening.I have been using it as a recipe stand, and it works great if it is a printed out recipe, phone, iPad, etc.. However, if you try to put a cookbook on it, that will depends on the cookbook. If it is a kind that can be opened flat on a table, that will work, but if it is more like a thick magazine type that can't open flat, then it does not work so well on the board. I still like it as a recipe stand though.
