Great all around grinder
I've owned this grinder for almost two years now and I can't say enough good things about it. I originally bought it to be a good all around grinder while I dabbled in espresso while mostly drinking French press and filter coffee. First and foremost, the grind quality is excellent. I noticed an immediate improvement to my coffee from the first time I used this grinder. Once calibrated, a fairly easy process btw, it can be dialed in to make an excellent cup of coffee for many different brew methods. I used it for espresso, filter, French press, and plan to use it for pour over and had good to fantastic results with each method. I am not well versed enough in espresso to say it can be solely used for that, but it did give me some good shots. It has a lot of adjustable settings that once I had a general range for my setup could dial in almost any coffee with my setup. The handle is sturdy, the magnetic catch cup is great, and it is easy to hold while even finely grinding. If you make large batches, this grinder pretty much tops out at 45g of coffee. But if you're like me and make a 4-6 cup pot every morning, this is a great grinder to have. And when I visit my in laws who don't drink coffee, I can travel with it and my French press taking up minimal space.

Excellent quality and makes coffee taste fresher !
Excellent quality and it makes coffee taste different, better and fresher, because it doesn’t over heat the beans. So I found you can reheat the cup of coffee in the microwave multiple if you want, without changing the taste. It looks nice and a very sturdy build. Should last forever, as the grinders conical blades are sturdy but also replaceable. Shouldn’t need replacing for a very long time. I bought their best $250 model for versatility . It can be dialed in or out 0-10 to grind very fine for expresso or large grinds or anywhere in between. I use 5 for a regular drip coffee machine. Their cheaper models should be fine for regular coffee. To make a 14 cup carafe I just fill it up works good. Then grind it for about 30+ turns. It’s built ergonomically for ease of use. Hold it close to your chest or stomach for leverage. Sit down if you prefer. Switching hands a couple times, as it is harder to hold on to the body versus the swing out handle that your opposite hand is cranking it. But no big deal. If camping or the power goes out, you’ll still have coffee !

The best all-around manual grider on the market.
It has been a long time since I’ve seen a product as well-built and beautifully designed as this one. It reminds me a bit of Apple's product philosophy from 20 years ago (not the current one, of course, which has become a mere factory for disposable e-waste). If you care about coffee, whether filter or espresso, don't waste your time looking elsewhere. Invest a little more and get the best; the return is in every cup, for the years and years this grinder will last. Besides being very easy to use and clean (few parts, clear instructions on the website or in various YouTube videos), it comes with a case for storage or travel, along with two valuable cleaning items: a double-ended brush and an air blower. Congratulations, 1Zpresso, on the competence and care taken in designing this grinder.

Great grinder, easy adjustment, quiet grinding
Fantastic! Grinds beautifully, without the horrible grinding sounds from an electric (the last thing I want to hear in the morning with a headache!!). Fairly easy to crank but it depends on the beans. 18g takes about 1 minute of cranking to make an espresso grind, a bit less for pour over grind. Grind size adjustment is calibrated so you can readjust for different coffee or brew methods, and easily return to where you had it. Instructions and documentation for the product are fine but online only.

Best I have ever used.
This is truly worth it. An exceptional grinder. It has a premium feel and looks great. The case and accessories are well thought out and helpful when traveling. It is on the larger side but this is great for filter coffee as the capacity can easily fit 30-45 grams depending on the bean. It’s very easy to use and dialing in has been a breeze. For V60 I usually stay between 6.5 and 7.5 and for aeropress it is usually a bit finer than that around 6 and 7. The external adjustment makes it very easy to switch between different beans no problem. No issues with retention either. The cups are sweet, balanced and with some clarity. Not a ton of clarity like what you would expect from ZP6 but it also means it is very forgiving and will produce great results no matter what you through at it. I also tried it with espresso and it was great. It took me 30 seconds day to grind a full 20 gram dose no problem (it was a dark roast though). Overall this is an awesome grinder that I keep coming back to and using it has been great. Would highly recommend it if you have the budget. It is worth it.

Overall top quality and able to grind very very fine.
Very consistent grind, also very fast and easy to operate (easy to hold). No need for any upper body strength UNLESS you want to grind Turkish fine. I find that around 1.5 setting is ideal for Turkish coffee, which is very difficult to find in any grinders. The metal hopper sometimes hold the ground coffee, so you need a small brush to completely remove everything, but otherwise very happy with this grinder. Holds up to 30 grams of coffee, and the hopper holds up to around 35 grams.

Vergeleken met de ZP6 minder clarity maar meer sweetness. Bouwkwaliteit top! Van espresso tot cold brew zeer goed.

If you're looking for a premium do it all grinder, this is it. The build quality, the grind consistency, the ease of use and the cups that I get out of this grinder are top notch.

I have a Sage Barista Express espresso machine and have been making lattes through lockdown, 2 each day, so easily over 1,000 now. I started to actually want to try espresso on its own and couldn't really nail it. I would go for a finer grind and choke the machine, but when it was on the edge and pouring slowly over 30 seconds it still tasted thin, not much crema, and also sour, which means under extraction. Making a latte with these was fine as it was still strong coffee. So, I did a lot of research on espresso grinders and this seemed near the top of the tree in hand grinder territory, and especially one that can do it all. It is very expensive, but I really wanted the flexibility for making espresso, aeropress, v60 and French press drinks. I can definitely say that the espresso grind from this, going through my espresso machine is night and day. The coffee grinds must be much more consistent as the coffee oozes chocolatey viscous liquid into the cup in a way it never did before. The taste is finally thick and full of flavour and not sour. So, it does exactly what I had hoped. The grinding is also fairly easy, it's not effortless but it took way less time than I feared, around 30 seconds which is kinda fun to do while the milk is frothing. And as a bonus I can take my aeropress to work now and grind beans fresh, no more ground coffee that goes stale. Quality coffee guaranteed as long as you have beans and hot water. So, yes, it's expensive, but I probably couldn't be without it now, and I know I'll get years of use out of it. Changing grind size is beyond simple, the magnetic cup holder is very nifty and the quality is as good as you would hope. It's portable enough (the case is pretty big but still very easy to put in a rucksack) and the only real flaw is the price, but it is genuinely top quality. Buy nice or buy twice.

Smooth and comftable. expensive but should last me a very long time. It's quiet to use so I don't wake up the house, and the aroma it creates is almost as good as the coffee.
