I have a neck and spinal condition, i use this to support my neck whilst in bed, this has helped me considerably, to manage my condition and allows me to sleep much better. After continued use the cushion tends to lose its firmness, therefore i will continue to purchase when required. I also purchased 2 pillow cases for this product, which is more hygienic for me.

Comfortable if reclining but too big if you are sat upright doesn’t offer support to allOf the neck
