Easy to use especially on kids who won’t sit still long enough for traditional thermometer to get a reading.

This is the most reliable thermometer i have had. Its so reassuring to have a good thermometer when you have small children.

This is a very high spec product but we have had an issue with using it on a new born. Whilst it is ok to use in ear thermometers to read the temp of new borns. The small ear canal can cause the thermometer to read a lower temperature as the probe cannot get into the ear far enough to get an accurate reading of the baby's core temperature (we learnt this after going to baby A&E at St Georges for suspected pneumonia although it failed on the safe side this time I am slightly concerned it could under read if the baby had a fever).I am sure however this will be a great tool to use once our bubba is a bit bigger. But for now we double check every reading with another under the arm pit thermometer.

I bought this purely as a gauge during this covid pandemic we have tried it several times and the reading appears accurate and it is so easy to use. This is an in ear type and hygienic caps are available to put on the nozzle. I paid just under £37 at the time and this was a tenner cheaper than Boots or John Lewis who were all out of stock anyway.

Purchased this item just in case me or one of my family members are ill......

My doctor advised me to get this one as my current forehead thermometer was showing a constantly high reading. This one is more accurate and showed that I had nothing to worry about. It comes with ear protectors but you need to buy more of these. As I only use it on my daughter I use the ear protectors multiple times each. The age settings are useful too
