Poor strap material
The bag is spacious and fabric is decent , but straps are poor quality , just in month and half of use the straps have started to chip off .Highly disappointed .

Superb quality bag
The bag is very spacious and the quality is also really good. I would encourage everyone to use it

Stitches and parts are peeling off
I loved the bag initially but after less than a year of using it, some of the piping on the handles have started peeling off and the stitches from the back handles are also coming off here and there, tried reaching out to their support team but nobody is interested in helping out. For this price i expected better, quite disappointed.
